  2. Apart from the OMAC non-HTB decision, if you mute the volume and watch without hearing the crowd booing to influence your theory, it was umpired quite fairly, they left it alone and let the 44 play. Plus the free kick count was 18-14 in WCE favour so wasn't totally rigged!
  3. Apparently turned over many kicks so stats may be deceiving. I wasn't there though.
  4. I get to most Cats games, family is surrounded with Cats supporters. Most supporters are outraged by his 4 year extension and many wanted him gone, or at least wait until the end of his contract to see next year. Has crumbled in finals, inherited his list from Bomber and tried to top up every year. Tried to buy a flag with Danger, who cant hit the side of a shed and has held on to many injury prone players and dead wood while they don't have a lot of top end junior talent. I think he's quite overrated as a coach, who was blessed with a core bunch from their glory days. Not to mention he's an arrogant pig. This season has been a failure for them "so far" with that midfield. He'd want to get them close this year and not hanging on to the 8 next year or their will be a riot at Kardinia Park, you hear it in the crowd during games. All supporters see is they have only won 3 of their last 11 finals, not good enough with that list.
  5. Wore his heart on his sleeve and loved this club. He'd be handy in our backline this year too. Terrible luck for him but think the Pies will go deep next year.
  6. Even I underrated him, we just have to get used to the fact that sometimes he'll only get 6 kicks and maybe snag 2-3 goals, he's not a high possession winner but loves crashing packs. Like an old fashioned full forward. You never know when he'll pop up.
  7. I think most people would've thought he was an average player, even Bomber supporters, his kicking at Essendon was ordinary also. Credit to Goodwin here finding a place for him in the forward line and he's grown quickly. No shame in thinking what you did beforehand, most would have.
  8. They deserve all the karma they get, the stories I've heard of how Tex treated Jake all of last season is disgusting, then the after season dogging by Tex and others of Jake. Then the camp fiasco and Tex has had a stinker of a year. Got what they deserved I'm afraid.
  9. He's getting thrown around like an octopus in a washing machine, he'll be right.
  10. I wonder what Allen Jakovich's reaction was!!?
  11. Still got 1 year on his contract does JW? Hinkley has definitely been frustrated by Jack this year.
  12. Thanks DD, thought as much. With finals on the line, quite bizarre tbh.
  13. Why isnt JT playing? Surely he's a better option than some of the ones they've been selecting.
  14. They will get Kelly and Williams back, has Greene been ruled out? with a couple touch and go. Davis is one to watch.
  15. Cant believe how much he's bulked up? Or do I have my rose coloured glasses on? Looks strong, has a big leap, he'll start clunking those marks soon and when he does look out. He kind of reminds me of Jarrad Waite in some ways with that spring n his step. Still question his kicking though, it'll come as he gains more confidence.
  16. Gerard Whateley's agenda setting is cringeworthy. He created that whole state of the game momentum on AFL360 with that footy forum and his overreaction to Gaff was ridiculous. Needs to pipe down a bit.
  17. Bought all my finals tickets including the Grand Final earlier in the year, looking like a masterstroke now lol
  18. PJ is THE man with the golden touch. Thank you
