  1. Sam Manure - the absolute diarrhea that spews from his mouth is absurd, cocky little know it all turd. In what planet is a) Wingard worth 2 first rounders and Hogan not, b) Steven May worth pick 5 and c) I can't even remember what I was going to write! I'd rather keep Hogan than be screwed around. The club surely wouldn't even consider that [censored] show of a deal. Can we trade Sam Manure and bring back Dennis Commetti? Coffee time.....on this beautiful Victorian spring day......
  2. I'm with you, North playing the high demand card. I think he'll go for a 3rd.
  3. North apparently want a second round pick for Preuss.
  4. I think May will end up at Pies anyway. Some of the talk here of giving up a pick 5 or under 10 for him are out of touch. He's serviceable and definitely better than what we have, but we shouldn't move heaven and earth for him. I'm still of the opinion that we need a CHB and an experienced one. Lever to continue playing 3rd man up intercept role. We really need to improve our defence this summer.
  5. I now think May will go to Collingwood, Shiel to Hawks/Blues and Gaff to NM.
  6. Surprised to see he came 5th in their BnF last year and not that far off second, haven't watched him enough though: Brisbane - Merrett-Murray Medal WINNER: Dayne Zorko (277) 2. Dayne Beams (224) 3. Tom Rockliff (214) 4. Stefan Martin (202) 5. Sam Mayes (200) 6. Daniel Rich (199) 7. Lewis Taylor (197) 8. Harris Andrews (180) 9. Ryan Lester (177) =10. Darcy Gardiner (143) =10. Eric Hipwood (143)
  7. Kelly and Whitfield are the ones, I agree Shiel is overrated, he butchered the ball this year, especially in front of goal. Let him milk other clubs salary caps
  8. Haha love it. I was just stirring about those coaches votes tally from a few months back. Yeah well, every player is tradeable and Hogan could net us a big outcome, good discussion on that thread, keep it up ?
  9. Maybe the last two years of personal issues have caught up with him and he wants to be out of the spotlight and enjoy the rest of his life for what it is? Or he's had an offer to good to refuse, ie $1.5m x 7? The club is bigger than one player, we wish him well and we continue to build a premiership list.
  10. Cam McCarthy? Yes he did, but that was GWS playing the hard game IIRC. Melbourne wouldn't be dumb enough, surely? He's actually fairly useless, that's why they want Hogan lol
  11. For discussion sake, if Jesse stays this year and decides he wants to go next year, what are we likely to get for him vs what we could this year?
  12. I don't think May is worth a top 10 pick + player. I don't even think May is worth a top 10 pick.
  13. It was something along the lines of every time she walked past Jims statue she felt disgusted and/or embarrassed due to the tanking saga, or words to that effect.
  14. I do like the idea of Hogan or Weid playing CHB. Hoges has lost that contested aerial ability for whatever reason but his field kicking is quite good? Whereas Sam flies and has good presence. I like what Frosty brings also, but I'm done with heart in mouth backmen, we need consistently good decision makers. May, while no superstar, upgrades what we have for sure.
  15. No, he won't be coming back. He left with hatred and lies, move on.
  16. Yep which is what I said in a few posts after that, if it helps us get 2 early picks then so be it, as long as it's not overs I'm happy.
  17. I would normally think childish, but after Caro's comments on Jim Stynes and the statue a couple of weeks back, good on the club for banning her, she should hang her ugly head in shame.
  18. All good, I did mention a package deal earlier, was more that the club was interested in Billings in his draft year. Would replace Bugg with goalkicking
  19. Hopefully all footage is lost mate!
  20. Because Saints dont have picks to give us, I threw it out there as a discussion point, not saying he is coming. Settle petal.
