NON-MFC: Round 12, 2022
Yeah, I just watched a replay and I think you're right. Just a forearm into the back and pushed May off balance and into a high speed collision. Cats seem to be experts at it

BT just does not have an inside voice. It's been surgically removed

NON-MFC: Round 12, 2022
I think the push in the back of a player shoving them into a pack is one of the most potentially dangerous actions in our game. Seems to go unnoticed by the tribunal. Hope Geelong choke

I think so too. One of our best weapons is our hard two way running and most of our players seem to be carrying injuries or just seem off the boil.

It was one thing to lose May but Petty has been pretty rock solid as a backup but he too got injured and was cooked after that too. Once our backline fell to pieces, it was all over. Lots of players seem to be looking sore or tired. I wonder if we're missing Burgess already?

Angus Brayshaw Re-Signs Until 2028
Oh cool. I didn't realise. I thought they were out west. Scrap my last comment. That's good news.

Angus Brayshaw Re-Signs Until 2028
I think in the end it will be about family or staying with the club he loves. Doesn't strike me as a pure $ guy. Makes sense to delay it to see if he can snag another flag. Maybe he'll hang in here with us with the lure of pulling off a trifecta then? He was the rock in the grand final last year when we were challenged and his season has been fantastic this year. Makes sense to shut the noise out and sort it out at the end of the year. Just love the bloke.

POSTGAME: Rd 09 vs West Coast
Gotta say I really enjoyed Johnathan Brown and Nathan Buckley absolutely gushing over how good we are during the game against the Saints. There are some singing our praises and then others like Underwood who just try to create a story or controversy where there is non. Buckley was asked on a post game panel the other week. "What would be the first thing you'd do if you were coaching and prepping to play the Dees next week?" His answer, Pray! I thought it was gold

A big swag have been from players just pinging away instead of lowering their eyes. I don't think it's skills. It's egos

Another gift to Brisbane- NON-MFC: Round 9, 2022
I do wonder. Might be next year before they really kick but will be interesting to see if the crows run it out well against the lions.- NON-MFC: Round 9, 2022
When Melbourne were trash I still supported them while living in Brisbane. However, I did become a Lion's member for about four years and saw some awesome games at the Gabba. It's all about playing a good standard of footy to bring crowds in. Also, I don't know if I could put up with the rubbish crowd activation at games now too though.- POSTGAME: Rd 08 vs St Kilda
It's not just that I've never heard commentators talk about our team this way before. I've never heard the likes of Buckley and Brown talk about any team with the superlatives they are using to describe us now. Such a surreal feeling to sit back and relax watching us play. The only time I get wound up now is when the likes of Clarry, Brayshaw, Langdon or Pickett get near the ball. Just surreal. It's a dream come true to follow a team this good. So proud of this club. Go Narrm!- Daisy to Play On
Great news. She had another excellent season. Such an ambassador for our footy club too. I'm not watching Hamish McLachlan interview anyone though, including Daisy- POSTGAME: Rd 07 vs Hawthorn
I forgot to mention that kick hacked out of a ruck contest and kicked forward for forty metres by Gawn which then bounced out and was paid as deliberate oob was one of the worst umpiring decisions I think I've ever seen. Amazing- POSTGAME: Rd 07 vs Hawthorn
Completely agree. I think Mitchell is going to be a good coach and Hawks really took the game on. Interesting game. We did well with so many out. Happy for Bedford, he played pretty well. We probably would have accepted an honorable loss in the past with so many out. We did well. Great to keep banking the wins. Noticed a little lack of defensive intensity in the last QTR. I wonder if so many with Covid may be affecting our overall fitness?- POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Richmond
Yep it was a swinging arm and he knew where Smith was.- POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Richmond
Bad kicking is bad football. If only we'd kicked straight we could have rolled the premiers. Hehehe - GAMEDAY: Rd 09 vs West Coast
