Looked fit and fully involved. Providing a reasonable hit out at Casey I would have him up forward v StKilda. No Weideman or Spencer.

Weideman just looked sore. I've got doubts he'll play against the Saints.

Hibberd looked very good. Sprinted close to full pace. Almost certain to play at Casey this week. Frost's training was ramped up later in the session. Plenty of one one one,sprints and fast lap running. Asked,and was given permission to kick on his left foot which he did with apparent ease. A chance for Sunday but round one unlikely. Looks very focused though.

Hibberd also in rehab but moving freely joining in sprint work.

Encouraging to see Garlett, Jetta, Kennedy and Kent in the main group. Smith,Wagner and Weideman in rehab. Frost there but no running as yet. JKH had a kick, looked Ok but retired early.

Garland is awful.Omac no star but provides rebound run and can do a defensive job. Not basing this just on tonight. Garland has been terrible for quite some time and has no future.
