Explain to me how the whole team does not fit into that expanation for the year. You could put everyone on ur bloody list's name there instead of Travis, the whole team are a bunch of under achievers pure and simple. Getting rid of one player will not change that especially one of his calibre. And yes W sucked at Collingwood, does anyone maybe think his heart wasnt in it? Maybe cos the club he won a Brownlow for turfed him out on his ass. Its not all black and white people

Clearly that is the whole team hence why we finished third from the bottom. I dont see why TJ has to singled out for the crap we were forced to watch all year and as a matter of a fact for the last few years. If we need to clean out people that are missing targets etc we wont have a team left. And whoever said a lot of members will be angry with the trade is spot on, some of us are fed up with the stupid trades Melbourne make and as much as I wont to I will not mention the W name.

With TJ and Brown, Brisbane are laughing next year. Hope everyone enjoys seeing TJ rip it up for Brisbane next year. Its all good and well saying lets have a young team, but wheres the experience, wheres the maturity? I didnt agree with the board's handling of Rev, however regarding the financial side it is too early to tell. For those who dont know footy clubs have an altered financial year so their year doesnt end until 31 October so at this point there is some way to go. The auditors then have to get in there and check everything is in order which generally means we are working Melb Cup day, then the financials will be released about mid November so lets not get ahead of ourselves. I am interested to see this years considering we had a rubbish year and compare it to this year. Hopefully we can build some $$$ and make some investments, lot of the other clubs even those with not so much dough have their fingers in lots of different pies.

I agree totally with you but u are also forgetting that Byron is not alone in the finger pointing, do not forget Miller and Bruces "kicking". Of course Pickett deserves his 200th game, he mightve been not up to standards this year but he has had a great career and what the hell do we have to lose? Another game? ND was around for 10 years so someone obviously had faith in him for that long & he in turn had faith in Miller. Finally a semi positive Miller thread. Miller has plenty of time left in him, everyone seems to conveniently forget how young he is. I have every faith in him he will come good & if he needs any motiviation I am sure all the [censored] posted on here about him is motivation enough

What I dont get is how u are expected to get off the bottom with a team of young inexperienced players. Its all about getting the balance between young & old to lead the younger players

I think he deserves another year to give us something to compare him to, if he cant step up when the rest of the team is travelling a bit better then yes I will pack his bags for him
