Well I had a prior commitment so I didnt get to the game until half time and I met a lot of Melbourne supporters on my way to the ground. I do not applaude you leaving at half time, we have been losing by worse margins than Friday night at half time and I have stuck around to watch that train wreck I do not understand the point of leaving nor do I condone it

I agree with everything you said apart from we need change, we dont need change its too un-stabilising. The crap we see on the ground is too easily blamed on ND. Everything else from Bruce to Miller to the Richmond game to the trades I am in agreeance with

I returned from my self imposed exile to say this: At the game I was sitting in the MCC right next to the fence where on the other side was the Richmond AFL members. Some idiotic Melbourne supporter rocked up and started taunting them with a stuffed Melbourne Demon toy when we were 8 goals down. Stupidest thing I have ever seen & I just wanted to say I hope it was no-one on here even though my first thought was that it was a certain poster who I will not name. Anyways if any of you see this happening EVER again let the guy know what a total tool he is making all of us look like it was an embarassment to all Melbourne supporters

He was injured constantly poor form etc. They didnt give up they stuck with him through all of it and he has COME GOOD THIS YEAR. Miller is only 2 YEARS OLDER, great for Bell he has come good earlier, my point is that we stuck it out with Bell even though we nearly gave up and he came good MILLER can do the same

He isnt a full forward so I wouldnt expect his stats to be great in that regard

Yeah we have technically as Bell has been very injury prone and we have had him on the list for a long time and he has played very very little

2 years difference between Miller and Bell yes. 2 years is nothing is what I am saying! 4 or 5 yes that is big, 2 is nothing. Bell is prob a more mature footballer than Miller but everyone acts like Miller has been around forever and is in his 30s. He is still young. Miller has the potential he just needs to bring it out, I have faith Miller will be a superstar I saw it against Fremantle I have confidence he can do that every week

Well I dont really think it is a problem worth mentioning you see. He might miss some kicks but he is still best on ground. Green has this problem occasionally as does Miller, severe lack of confidence, which we have seen the whole team have a lot of this year. Even Neitz has been in on it. As the team notches up more wins it wont be an issue, but I dont really see it as an issue anyway. I can forgive a few rubbish kicks cos he more than makes up for it in other areas. He could be playin injured though wouldnt suprise me

Yeah Rivers is a star, I agree with u on that, however Miller is not as bad as you and everyone else is making out. Everyone seems to forget he was everywhere in our final against Fremantle, that game has stuck in my mind cos he was our shining star and clear best on ground. Thats what he can be all the time and I believe that. And others at the club believe it too because they have kept at him. When Miller plays in defence it does not work at all, we tend to lose those games. He likes it up forward he is confident

We know to play him at Centre Half Forward not in defence. And it does make sense. Miller is only 2 measly years older, Bell has been the first to admit he sucked and wanted to prove himself and come good and he did that. Miller deserves that change too. He isnt as bad as everyone makes out. What about Godfrey? Good hard nut, his skills arent silky, he has spent a good half of his career in the VFL yet we have persisted and look at him this year, he is playing well. Miller is a lot younger than him. Miller kicks goals end of story. Yes he makes poor decisions hello he isnt a bloody senior yet let the kid make some mistakes. I will be the first to admit I get frustrated at him cos just looking at him u can tell when he has no confidence. But a bit of faith goes a long way and obviously I am not the only one that thinks he has it in him to become a superstar, obviously a lot of people at the club see that too

Well u need to read my posts clearly I said I was disappointed in Brock the other day and got ripped, and you are ripping me for being positive. Bruce's kicking has been off yes alright? BUT that doesnt mean [censored] in the scheme of things, a couple of wayward kicks and he still makes it into our best on ground week in week out. Thats my point

I read an interesting article in the age couple of weeks back on Bell about how Melbourne nearly gave up on him etc, and luckily they didnt. I think its the same case with Miller, bit of persistence, encouragement, get the boy some confidence he is fine. All I am going to say is last years final against Fremantle that was a stellar game by Miller

Well said. I agree totally. Look at Godfrey he hasnt exactly been a star over the years but he is a valauble member and contributes and seems to have found some terrific form this year. Everyone needs to have a little faith and shut the hell up about Miller I have had enough of it

You only shake ur head when its about Brock or Bell. Anyone else u give it to them. Its not picking up stupid faults I like the guy and I found it disappointing he would do something so stupid.
