We have depth now. Our current injuries are to fringe players only. The list is now super fit with minimal surgeries. Thanks burgo The talent is on the list. Agree with previous posts that a genuine forward (ala Hogan) is still required, although Tmac Brown and Wied are capable on their day The last piece of the puzzle I see are the coaches. We have changed a few of the coaches in the off season but I couldn’t recognize a different game style in the Marsh series. This is where I believe games will be won and lost. We need the coaches to educate the leaders of the playing group when to increase the tempo, when slow the game and when stand in the throat of the opponent. We also need tactical changes in the box to combat those of the opposing coaches boxes. In the past other coaches have changed the game with their decisions at qtr time yet we continue to play one dimensional. I hope goody richo and Matthews can step up.

The percentages are going to depend heavily on how many Australians are infected by mid April. But people might go just for the TP!!!! -
Did clarko spend time at Harvard over summer? Didn’t seem to have an effect on frost, yet.

Male players may give up cash to fund AFLW pay rises

It’s a tough conundrum. You won’t ever get an ‘elite’ competition if there isn’t an opportunity (gifhy only had the above field of dreams image). The AFL gambled on the build it and they will come philosophy. They wouldn’t have a competition without sacrificing something..... -
Does anyone know why the afl distribution was less (although practically the same) than last year? the men’s team cost $600k whilst the women’s was up 20% or $200k the business model needs to change if their distribution doesn’t increase but our costs do

How long before a ‘shake and bake’ segment?

Hope we don’t trade. If next year is as compromised as it sounds......we’ll only get a good result in next years draft if we fail badly again. Take the picks to the draft and DEVELOP whom ever we select.

Try living in the town....... I hate that they make finals due to a soft fixture then flunk it in September most years. I know asking for equality is just too much to ask for

We can just complain to ombudsman that it’s not safe to play with the building cladding they have!!!

ANB was a bit of a scapegoat for the teams poor year. The fact we had a lot F50 entries should have been his bread and butter, but like the other 21 the ball came out over their heads into our D50 in a flash. Not sure if this was rule changes, preseason or desire. But hopefully our recruitment of wingers will get ANB back to his 2018 best and if not even better.

Fits the MFC mantra of hard at it (with questionable skills). Will it delay the progress of one of our youngsters? Probably, but it will show them what’s required to get to premiership levels. If dirt cheap why not.

So you don’t want him to be captain?
