Listening to Richardson this morning he stated that once they got the ball over Gawn's head they felt that they could score as we basically don't have the cattle out on the park to stop their forward thrusts. We obviously were doing some things right you cant manufacture 55 inside 50's without a good midfield but our attempted marking in the forward 50 was just atrocious and our kicking for goal was puerile. 18.4 against the Bummers and 7.13 against the Aints. We really need Lever, May, Hannan, KK and AVB in the side but they may be a long way off......................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the meantime the Coach needs to modify the game plan to fit the cattle that we do have out there and utilise any player that can take a grab or has some pace to change it up a bit.
