I started this thread purely based on the fact the club has been in disarray over the past 12-18 months and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Any organisation that exhibits these traits needs to change and it starts at the top (Pert) and then hopefully the new CEO makes changes as they see fit. This is not a discredit the character of Pert but more a push for a change to hopefully get the club moving in the right direction again.
