Kobe McDonald
Is there actually room on our list for this guy, we would have to move AMW onto the A rookie list as we would have 3 cat B rookies otherwise, O. Berry, AMW and McDonald. With only 5 spots across the list to fill 7, 8 and 37, rookie White and Sinemma, we would only use 7 and 8 and forgo pick 37 (on-trade for a future F2nd) or use it on White maybe. Not sure how they will make it work. Making LSP a misnomer.

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
We lost 6 games by 11 points or under last year, providing King manages some improvement in game style and kicking better into the forward line, I think there is every possibility we could win more than 10 games next year with improvement from the kids and inclusions of Mihocek and Steel.

AFL Draft 2025: Phantom Drafts
This was commented on in the answers to his draft later on in the replies. Agree, we need a small forward and a running half Back, Will leave it to JT. Wasn't posting the phantom draft for our club alone, the guy has done some good work on the early bids and points cost on academy kids and where their later picks go. He has also covered all 18 clubs and does not profess to know the ins and outs of all club lists.

AFL Draft 2025: Phantom Drafts
Eth-dog's phantom draft is pretty good, goes through all the bidding machinations and points cost, worth a look. Phantom Draft - eth-dog's 2025 Phantom | BigFooty Forum Has us taking Schubert and Cumming

Welcome to Demonland: Kalani White
Our pick 66 will come in massively, with Gold Coast for instance, their 3 Acadamy picks will take up at least their 7 first picks, Brissy, Essendon and Carlton will also lose picks, so 66 might end up being 52 or 53, which should be enough points, if White gets an earlier bid. Correct Weight, should end up being 52 as you say.

AFL Draft 2025: Pick 30 (formerly 37)
With Woey's delisting Pick 37 now comes into play, maybe Taylor and Lamb can do some wizardry to get down to pick 30ish to nab Latrelle Pickett or others ?

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
Unfortunately every pick over 60 is worth zero points. They can go into deficit in next years draft, might put the GCS pick back a couple of picks

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
Noah's draft year was last year, and we did not nominate him then, so not sure we'd have any interest this year as we are short of list spots. yes, he looked good in the last few casey games but needed to be taken over the year as a whole. Even Liam Pickering on SEN did not know who Yze was , thought he was a son of Yze Yze, Adem's brother. Like Dovaston and Grlj.

AFL Draft 2025: Picks 7 & 8
Unfortunately, we only have 4 list spots available. Also, White and Sinemma will come on board as rookies assumably, which leave only 2 vacant spots on the senior list (3 if they delist Woey). Which means we use 7&8 only and use 37 if Woey is moved on. So, gaining anymore picks will be surplus to our draft hand. Just saying. MFC may retire/delist McAdam and pay him out, seems like they don't mind wasting money, which could gain an extra list spot if they really do want someone late, but I think not. There are other machinations like swapping 7 & 8 for pick 2 etc., but we won't know until later on. From List and Contracts thread by Red and Blue forever

2025 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
The first 2 Duursma's are a bit meh, not expecting the 3rd to be that much better over time, although he may become as good as a previous geelong captain who was a 3rd brother.

2025 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Agree but 7 & 8 will be more like 11 & 12 after academy/FS bids, which would be getting close to Dovaston, and I think we need a small forward to compliment Kossie. Just my opinion.

2025 List and Contract Details
Most readers on this thread appreciate your enthusiasm, but when we see Mihacek or any other player appear in the columns we go trolling through the AFL and Fox websites looking for the deal and the effect on MFC and its future. If Turner had his time again he may have tempered his reply. The addition of the small list below of rumoured players is a great idea. Keep up the good work.

Farewell Judd McVee
Pick 11 will blow out to pick 16/17 in a weak compromised draft, It will probably net Greeves/Philipou/ Dovaston etc., whilst rated reasonably highly, there is no guarantee that any play more than 50 games over their careers, hopefully JT can work his magic. Pick 29 from Freo will probably blow out to pick 36 which would be a speculative pick only in this weak draft, and way unders for a best 22 player. Maybe Judd plus pick gained for Spargo (end of round 2/ start round 3 hopefully) for 11 (16/17) + pick 47 might be fair. Just my opinion!.

2025 List and Contract Details
Understand the O Berry being included in 2027, but the list is getting too busy for my liking, which has confused me. Liked it when it was factual only.

2025 List and Contract Details
I was under the impression that Oscar Berry was a 2026 B rookie which is shown in the first column, if he is not starting until the 2027 season as shown in the 2nd column then we still have a B rookie spot to fill !, and if we are going to include all the rumored players that are being talked about, you will need a much bigger spread sheet as well as possibly including a list of rumored draft picks that may come in. These are already in separate threads. I liked the spread sheet when it was all factual.
