He has had a good year but I would still have these guys ahead of him: Bontempelli Conigilio Cripps Crouch Dangerfield Fyfe Gaff Higgins Kelly Macrae Martin Merrett Mitchell Oliver Parker Pendlebury Sloane Treloar Ward

If Tom Mitchell was traded for Pick 14 I don't see how Neale is worth pick 4 (not withstanding Neale is contracted; will be free agent next year). I would be surprised if Freo traded him as I agree he is a top player, maybe im a tight arse!

Who are our bottom six? And where do they rate?
Jibroni replied to Dees2014's topic in Melbourne Demons
Petracca should be ahead of Fritsch and Tyson DD. And the way Vanders is playing ATM he is not in the bottom 6. -
Quality player but i think Pick 4 is a bit much for Brisbane to give up. He wouldn't be in the top 15 mids in the comp.

Exactly playing more Friday nights means more sponsorship $$ due to the ratings it brings. Im expecting at least 3 in addition to other 2 blockbuster games. And hopefully more gems at Adelaide Oval

Dare I say Dane Swan maybe Collingwood's Pablo Escobar?

Yes that's right, most tickets sold for our game as well.

Such a sad way to end a fantastic career with the Dees, a lad from Country SA who has done himself proud. Only regret is that wont be fit enough to play in the grand final.

Assuming Carlton receive a priority pick (approx pick 13) then you imagine Adelaide will accept this. But he will end up at Hawthorn.

What did he say?

I was thinking the same. Seriously congrats to Clarry. -
Congrats Maxy well earned, has been amazing this season. If Clarry doesn’t make the bench I’m predicting a forum meltdown.

Heard his comments as well and agree this thread should be closed as mentioned previously.

What a [censored], no wonder he played for Carlton!

I think Leuenberger is out of Contract this year, would be a handy back up to Maxy. And also an outside mid with ball skills.
-
Nev for me, tough, reliable and highly skilled
-
Good on McGovern leaving, their football administration is a joke specifically Justin Reid. Hope Carlton don’t give them the house.

He was an outstanding junior ( saw him play in the SANFL) but very much and outside player. Surprised he turned into a potato.

Pass, doesn't offer enough for me.

Seriously the guy has NFI just like his balloonhead dad

This might explains things, still very annoying! Ticketek website struggles with high demand for AFL finals tickets By Ronny Lerner 28 August 2018 — 9:42am The rush for AFL finals tickets has got off to a very bumpy start with ticket provider Ticketek’s website struggling to cope with the high amount of traffic. Ticketek is selling tickets to three of the four first-week finals – Richmond v Hawthorn, Melbourne v Geelong and Sydney v GWS. Members of those six clubs were told that tickets would go on sale for their finals at 9am on Tuesday. But for the first 25 minutes at least, it has been a huge struggle for club members to purchase tickets from the Ticketek website. Initially, customers are greeted with the message: “Thousands of fans are online to get tickets right now. Hold tight, you're in the queue. Please DO NOT refresh this page.” And after waiting for a few more minutes, many customers are ultimately told: “Sorry ... There was a problem processing your request. Please close your browser and try again.” Meanwhile, tickets for the West Coast v Collingwood final are being sold by Ticketmaster and there have been no such issues purchasing tickets through that ticket provider’s website.

I think I have more chance of winning the lottery than the MFC being offered a trade such as this. But I agree with most as this thread is just crazy.

Max Gawn wins AFL Coaches Association Champion Award
Jibroni replied to Gorgoroth's topic in Melbourne Demons
I dare say Max has probably had one of the best year of his career considering where he was 5 years ago (injury issues, being 2nd fiddle to Jamar & Martin) it's a massive improvement. Good Luck to him.
