Not sure why people get so fired up about Watts. What you see is what you get. He is talented footballer and a party boy that commits about 70% to footy. I don’t get Anyone being surprised by this

REAL footy starts NEXT month!!! that is all.

Should Players Make Sacrifices on the Road to Success
DubDee replied to Lefty's topic in Melbourne Demons
The players also have to look after their mental health and come back mentally fresh to attack another intense year. I don't condone drunken fights, but water skiing should be fine. take away players relaxing/fun activities and the pressure and frustration will build. what's next, surfing, bike riding? accidents happen just don't play basketball with your dogs -
Wow Sammy is filling out nicely. Will be a beast in a couple of years
-
he has been training with the fwds (at least from the reports I've read) good too, as we need some fwd options in the 190cm+ range as we are a bit light on

Hunt was so good in 2017, I thought we had a star on our hands. Let's hope he can get back to it. So quick, hard at it and a good kick once he slows down enough to pick a target. An in-form Hunt off half back or a wing makes us a better team

Don't think Bayley will ever fill out much, he just has that slight frame, of Cam Bruce/Kade simpson. he reminds me a bit of Kade Simpson off half back actually. what a beauty he is. love having guys in the team that when they get it, you just relax as you know they won't cough it up he will play multiple roles in 2019 you would think. great option to have

3,200 up on last year is a good result so far!

Weids ready to grab opportunity with both hands
DubDee replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
lovin the enthuiasm and support for the Weed but he kicked 10 goals last year (from 10 games) and 16 in his whole career. I think the Coleman is safe for 2019. a season of playing 20+ games and kicking 25-30 goals, plenty of marks and hitouts would be a great step forward for him -
for sure. he is also entitled to get some 'feedback' from other posters if he turns out to be full of it

Betts' deadly... what? or they are just deadly? this is pure bile. lets hope no demons are involved

Sparrow is a good shot for the rising star. wouldn't be surprised if he is in the 22 for round 1. the Sparrow is in the nest, I repeat, the Sparrow is in the nest

Proper leg breaks can be major issues. Gary Rohan, Nathan Brown etc. Tom might not be the same player. as opposed to a fracture where you can be back in 2-3 months is not major. no way Mitchell plays this year. name Hawthorn's inside mids after mitchell.... yeah it's not pretty. they have zero chance of being close to finals

wtf are you on about? Trac is not soft if that's what you mean

GWS midfield of Mumford - Congilio - Kelly - Whitfield - Ward is very good Kelly a good chance to win the brownlow this year if he stays fit

Melksham against Hawks. Skill on his wrong side, guts and rising to the occasion. Hawks were on a roll. Massive goal

thanks Saty I've heard from a North supporter that Pruess is as slow as a wet week. any idea if the big man can move?

Gold Coast, then GWS, then Freo

Far out, the poor bloke. and his poor family/friends so sad when guys suffer in silence and then feel life is hopeless. A mate of mine from work left us a month ago and I'm still struggling to deal with it, let alone those closest to him. I hope he recovers and can move on from this.

Jetta knocking Selwood on his [censored] in Final #1 Jetta knocking Mitchell on his [censored] in Final #2 both fair bumps, brilliantly and deliberately executed early in both games to set the tone. Jetta found a new level in finals
