  5. this is so enjoyable. Hawk looks geriatric no Selwood Danger no impact era is done DONE!
  6. use your words Jobe
  7. when Dangerfield comes back from injury the Cats should be better
  8. De Konig for the blues can play!
  9. Cats are [censored]. even if they win this they are done
  10. i love watching the blues play well before choking
  11. flat white thanks jobe. no chat pls
  12. man i hate the cats. getting close to overtaking the bombers!
  13. AFL commentators unique for at least two reasons: they congratulate each other - good call BT. never heard that in any other sport they tell players what they should do. why is he kicking around the corner? she kick a drop punt. two truely bizarre aspects of aussie rules commentary
  14. Carlton should beat the old Cats. Im a little worried about their midfield without Walsh and Hewitt but they should dominate up front without Stewart there Both adelaide teams are a serious shout against the Pies/Tiges WC will get on the board against GWS and I'm hoping Gold Coast crush the bombers. If Weid is injured along with Fat Jake and Wright, who do they even have?
  15. People are underestimating Port in analysing round 1. Port are contenders imo. Have talent and youth on all lines mixed with experience. Having said that Lions were smashed at the contest
  16. Pew Pew Pew!!
  17. pressure is already on the Lions. could be 0-2. then play the dogs away and the Pies they will be fired up for friday! pity we might not have our brutes in viney may kozzi
  18. lol don't get fooled by the media then - go watch some media
  19. I think we would be looking at our best 22 for 60 years
  20. I haven't watched or read any media on the hits, just watched the footage. The umm 'checks' as you call them, one was a bloke flying through the air and the other was clearly head high brutal hit. far worse than Buddys. "The checks were only problematic as the opponent was not in the right state to protect themselves"? that is the funniest thing I have ever heard! with a split second different timing or if Smith was not so big, Pickett could have knocked anyone out cold or worse. Buddy's was the only one where the ball was in dispute. The tall poppy syndrome is full on on this site. oh he's Buddy so he only gets a week. maybe we should look at our own baises as well.
  21. you think Buddy deserved more than McAdam??? thank christ you’re not the MRO
  22. if Jayden Hunt isn’t a premiership player than JJ isn’t either imo. he didn’t play even one minute in the GF. Hopefully the AFL have changed this ridiculous rule that non-playing subs get assigned a game.
  23. I couldn't give a rats about LJ. Saw him play yesterday and felt nothing. we got some picks back and Grundy is an excellent replacement
  24. Sad to see Fyfe after a preseason still look cooked has any player ever crashed harder from 2 brownlows? he was a champ.
  25. i don’t want that either. if you isolate off the ball or late hits then it makes it easier. you could elbow a bloke with same action twice and depending on his position it could be a broken jaw or he could be right to play on. do we let one guy off for the same action? it’s an interesting discussion
