Go to home games and go to pub for away games just costs a H&A membership.

It's not the 2018-19 Hunter we have. He has trailed off a fair bit in recent years. Was dropped by the dogs last year No question on his ability but let's see if he has the mentality, focus and drive to earn a spot and keep it

Death Riding Fremantle 2023 - Feathered Cap Edition

I reckon the Dogs may be the other. The Pies will slide with a tougher draw, but maybe not out of the 8 -

according to Sportsbet Freo are around even money to make the 8 with 8 teams shorter odds. Port and Carlton could well displace them this could be a beautiful draft hand we have this year. and coming off winning our second flag, who can stop us?! -
he’ll be back running in a week? thanks mate thats a relief

what did you say that wasn’t accurate? i haven’t got all day but i’ll help you out a little, you said AFLW players are lauded as amazing athletes which rarely happens in comparison to the mens. then you said they are lauded as legends and every article us the same which is so incorrect it’s not even worth expanding on. Then you say you haven’t seen her play! wow. what are you even doing on this thread? and the few articles pumping up womens footy, why do you think that is? maybe coz women have only been able to play footy for a decade whereas men have had it for over a century. and they still cop heaps of [censored] about it for no reason from insecure men

hard to find words to express my feelings. she is an amazing person, has and will inspire countless generations and has set the foundation for years of success at the demons what a leader. hopefully we name our BnF after her

a hammy strain for Gawn is clearly bad news given his age and importance to the side. the next block of preseason 4-5 is arguably the most important so let’s hope it is very minor. with Schache pretty much our only real option after Grundy, and a poor one at that, we need a bit of luck with injuries in the ruck department
-
what part of Dingos post implied panic? a simple question is all. Relax

If both Grundy and Gawn go down we are screwed. There is no real back up but makeshift replacements

Cox was a great mover and has Gawn covered for foot skills But Gawn has Cox covered in pure ruck work and contested marking Both Guns, hard to split

Andrew gets a 2 week suspension for drink driving De Geoy beats the hell out of a innocent guy, forcibly touches a woman and ends up a NY jail, and gets.... Zero weeks Makes sense!? *2 weeks for Andrew seems reasonable to me btw

Our interesting mix of talls for 2023
DubDee replied to deelusions from afar's topic in Melbourne Demons
no I mean before he was injured. He was dropped for Anzac eve game based on poor form. 15 goals from 10 rounds in the top team with the best midfield and a percentage of 161 is average by anyones standards Like I said, I like him and he is an important player for us, but he was far from a star in 2022 -

I like T Mac and he has played some good footy but let's not get carried away. he kicked 15 goals in 2022 and was dropped based on poor performance when we had few other fwd options in form. hardly a star in 2022. His marking and general mobility was also below his best. -

“Interesting” mix of talls is a good way of putting it. We have no star talls. Ben Brown has averaged 26 goals when we thought he might be able to re-create his 60 goals years. Injuries have hampered him. T Mac as much as I love him is so up and down with his body and form we just have to pray for a good run for him. our best hope is for our young guys to make an impact. But right now, our lack of quality tall forwards is our biggest issue imo if we had a gun tall fwd like Lynch or Cameron we would be unstoppable imo -
Bickley said they played him too early in 2020. His only 10 games where in his first year as a raw tall. Then covid hit and he was isolated with no friends or family. Would have been tough

I’m very happy with those words. Bravery and strength do not only refer only to physicality, but the bravery to talk about personal stuff when it’s easier to say nothing and suffer

okay I must be dumb, still can't get it I think I'll look at something shiny

cmon mate, I was trying to send a positive message about how it's healthy and brave to talk and mental health. I obviously was not trying to insult previously generations or war vets us men from previous generations were never encouraged to discuss this stuff and I don't think it's healthy

Well spoken Steven. Great for kids (and adults) to see a tough guy like May talk about his feelings. Gone are the days of thinking psychs are for weak people, only the strong and brave have the guts to talk about hard stuff and get better

Why is everyone helping Satan! Who knows what kind of evil content he is uploading!

Appreciate the call out mate. Sorry for the late reply I’ve actually been working, which is not like me im afraid I’m at a loss. I don’t have a cryptic mind I’m afraid.
