Fail to develop players is our issue, we need better coaches from that area. How we can judge the draft choices from 2019 at this point is beyond me.

It doesn’t sound too bad on paper but in my opinion it’s not the losses themselves that are the concern. It’s the way we’ve played during those games that are the worry. Our opposition hasn’t been particularly good either, we’ve just been worse. We fail to execute even the most basic of skills and look like a rabble.

Kelly is OOC end of 2021 but his contract has some odd trigger clause that could extend it by 5 or 6 years or something.

If only we could develop our own talent, we wouldn’t have to consider Daniher.

After the high of 2018, last season is the most disappointing I can remember followed by 1994. Jeez we were exciting that year, do yourself a favour and get your hands on a copy of ‘Demon Attack’ if you haven’t seen it or need a reminder. I wrote this season off after round 1, our poor performances still irritate me but the whole season is ‘meh’ for mine.

I think most agree that there were some good individual efforts but for me we’re passed finding positives out of losses. There’s no connection between the players and the game plan has failed. Individual efforts don’t mean a thing when you’re losing and being coached the way we are. Just my two-bobs venemy, I do appreciate that someone is attempting to find positives though.

If Smith gets another game I’d return the eight memberships I purchased to help the club back to the club if I’d actually received them.. Drop: Smith, Melksham, Lockhart, Lever, Hunt In: Jetta, Jones, OMac, Bennell, Weideman (to play deep forward).

He puts in the effort to make the contest and get the ball however his disposal is lazy. Our whole team is a mess at the moment though.

That lazy kick from Oliver towards Petracca in the last which resulted in a Richmond goal should be enough alone for him to miss next week. Just horrible.
