The two holding the balls (especially the Viney one) was utter crap. Then they payed a Jones one which was rubbish
-
He is deceptively big, i thought he'd look abit smaller, but he's not. While Kelly will be a star, i think Salem might just join him (and Tyson).. So maybe Michael Voss can also say that Salem will win a brownlow
-
Paul Roos might actually turn Pederson into a reasonable footballer
-
This umpiring is almost as good as the Carlton game... and thats saying something
-
Cameron Pederson is playing the best football i have seen from him. Killing it
-
they're just controlling us too much.. The endeavour is there

There was an incident in the 4th quarter, West Coast 24 points up where Shuey was taken high in their forward 50. Umps put their whistle away. But god forbid a Carlton player gets touched. I am still furious

3 Votes: Andrew Stephens (Ump 1) 2 Votes: Nick Foot (Ump 2) 1 Vote: Troy Pannell (Ump 3)

I wouldn't usually even think about making a thread for this.. but seriously Carlton were just gifted that game from the umpires. The absolute worst umpiring i have ever seen, they all had Carlton jumpers on, absolute joke. PATHETIC

But Scully and Trengove's first years were amazing? Toumpas is the example you're looking for

I did not want to see Salem starting as the sub! But im still looking forward to him coming on!

Absolutely he is a KPP, he played that role in 2011 at Full forward. (Andrew Walker) Also, yes Plowman plays KPP, every single week -

191cm, yes he is. No, because of last years trade that doesnt make sense. We gave up pick 2 for Tyson and pick 9. Tyson>Atley (Now and in the future) pick 9>pick 11 -

If Frawley leaves i wouldnt want Rosa. Dont want to compromise our compo pick. Also Plowman could play forward, he's a KPP. Hoskin-Ellit hasnt proven too much, but i've always liked the look of him. Shiel is a jet -

Is there a clear pick 1. I've heard abit about Wright. Is a sure number 1, like other years? -

Would it change if it was Tomlinson and Shiel for pick 2 and 3rd rounder? -

Can i hear your reasoning? I will provide mine below. After watching and reading more about Jaskch over the past few days i am impressed. He is agile, athletic and a beautiful overhead mark. Despite he is not originally as good as Boyd, Tomlinson, Patton and Cameron, he could definitely reach that level. I would gladly line him up next to Dawes and Hogan. If Tomlinson would be available over Jaskch i would be happy to take him. O'rourke may be the missing piece in the midfield puzzle. He would combine with Tyson, Viney, N Jones, Vince, Cross, Watts and Trengove beautifully in coming years. I would take him in a heart beat. Plus: If Frawley were to leave... We could use hypothetically pick 3 and take a KPP from the draft or trade pick 3 to GWS. So we finish with: In; KPP Draft Gun, O'rourke, Jaskch Out: Pick 2, 3rd rounder If Frawley doesnt leave, the dynamics do change. But i'd still be happy to do this. I do not believe we could secure Patton, Cameron or Boyd as there is no way GWS will let them leave -
Jesse Hogan Injury Update?
JackVineyForPresident replied to dazzledavey36's topic in Melbourne Demons
No, im not making a role comparison. My comparison is that they are both touted as future stars (Or Watts was) and we placed alot of emphasis in their future contribution, rather than just sitting back and watching them develop. You knew what i meant and you chose to argue for the sake of argument. Also they were both drafted as key position forwards, so some what they are a perfect comparison. Psychologically? What kind of rubbish are you talking about. Both were/are young footballers wanting to make their way. -

In your opinion. I personally would rather trade pick 2 and 3rd rounder for something like Orourke and Jaskch. We still need another midfielder -

Mckay? would be worth a look Orourke wont go for anything other than a first rounder. Same boat as Tyson. As for Jaskch, i assume if he doesnt play much this year then we could probably strike a really good deal. Pick 2 and a 3rd rounder is out best possible result -

I agree. But im glad that Roos understands how important Watts is too Melbourne, as he adds class where we dont have any. Watts and Salems kicking skills are so exciting. CLASSS -

Jesse Hogan Injury Update?

Hogan was the right choice. Hogan or Boyd, both are beasts. I take absolutely nothing from the Barrett interview.
