My point is after 10 years history shows premiership coaches haven’t been able to climb the mountain again with the same group. Unlike the Cats our instability at board level continues to impact, cats have a clear strategy of not bottoming out missed finals twice since 07, attract marquee players.

Many saying the cost of moving on Goodwin on, the reality is what’s it costing the club on gate receipts finishing bottom 6 , memberships ? How many coaches in their 10th season after winning a flag have climbed the mountain again, apart from Scott who got a premiership team still in the flag clock in 2011 every other coach was done , Clarko, Simpson, Hardwick & Longmire, who all overstayed their time, time for a new voice new ideas waiting for 2026 for what, take example of how the exits of Longmire, Simpson and Hinkley have been handled with respect.

Fed up of the excuses from our club who have butchered our list with pathetic trades and missed opportunities, watching Huston playing for the filth after he turned his back on us due to the culture issues!

it’s like watching a train wreck and it starts from the top with what’s occurred off field to our President & CEO then it filtrates to decisions made at the footy dept & target both experienced assistant coaches & trade in experience talent to fill the holes in our list yet we got VFL players and all due respect to Jones who we love but he’s no Yze or Maqualter both come from premiership teams and are now coaching.

He needs to go as can’t fix the rinse & repeat but the issue we have which sums up the mess we are in is a new president & CEO in the waiting , how can you make decisions when they are not in the chair?

Brad Green is great person and board need to make a decision whenever the new president & ceo starts which sums up our club, to say thanks Goody but it’s just not working and our club can’t accept bottoming out & returning to the dark days! Don’t be surprised if Trac & Oliver request trades & I wonder if the players are sending a message on lever getting dropped
