Wallace Urges Adelaide to Target Lever
I will always believe Grinter was going fairly for the ball and it went a bit pear shaped. Never thought there was nothing malicious in it.

Changes vs Adelaide
I am offènded that there is someone who would take umbrage at a perfectly appropriate response to a post whose author intended no more than a light hearted reference to a former singer and the lyrics of one of his songs. For goodness sake, if you don't get the reference, don't make any comment at all. A lot of us found it pretty clever and funny. You throw a hissy fit over nothing and you just sound like a goose. Here endeth the lesson.

Tom McDonald Contract Talks
Agree. I thought between 800 - 850 is about right. T Mac is going to bring massive value to our club and hopefully, the ultimate prize.

2018 Membership Thread
I will add 3 to that number tomorrow. Just got back from Qld and I always like to renew face to face at the club office. I realise that that is an old fashioned notion but I an old fashioned.

Confidence is the key: James Harmes
Well, I've gone right off what Carlton were cooking so curried Lamb will be just the ticket

Changes vs Adelaide
You make a good point........... I think. Incoming cosmic rays have been affecting me for years so i decided after a while to stop using my "Ergon energy accumulator". I found that I accumulated so much excess energy that it was reducing my performance by 17.8 %. not just 0.5%. Let them fly up two days before the game and let the chips fall where they may.

Confidence is the key: James Harmes
I liked the way Harmes got up in front of Jed Lamb on Sunday after Lamb had given Hibberd a bit of curry. Just went up and chested him as if to say. " get the hell away from my teammate " That's what I want to see a Melbourne player do.

Angus Brayshaw
In terms of the short and long term for this side Brayshaw is in the top 5 at the club in terms of importance. His last 4 games, especially his last two have demonstrated how good he can be. Lets hope he has a blinder against the Ravens.

When will Melbourne break these embarrassing records?
When was the last time a Melbourne debutant won their first 4 games with the dees??? Wee Spargo could be the first to do it provided he doesnt get himself dropped. He is a lucky charm for us !! You could put him on a key ring as a good luck charm. Marketing opportunity !

FIXTURING, HOW UNFAIR
It's not fair for Collingwood, Carlton, Essendon and Hawthorn to have to play in Geelong, don't you see that ??

Tom McDonald, surely. That missed shot on goal at the end of the game was unforgivable !!!!!!

Will a pineapple from the Pineapple be enough ??

URGENT PLEASE READ: New Server
Your maid needs more than a pay rise, she needs danger money. Though you have said she gets a ' bonus ' for a deees victory.

Round 9 Non MFC Games ... Shanghai Dumplings
Having lost their game day strategy guru Mark Neeld, I expected the Bombers to fold like a house of cards,..........and yet.......

Round 9 Non MFC Games ... Shanghai Dumplings
As little as I care about Port or Gold Coast, I hope the playing of a strenuous game in a place where you could cut the air with a knife won't compromise the health of the players as has been the case in recent years. You'd think the AFLPA would be concerned about the shortage of breathable air in Shanghai and the risk to the players wellbeing.

Lyon Questions Viney Selection
The only other place I quote more than Manangatang is Tangambalanga. Those names just flow off the tongue like poetry.

Lyon Questions Viney Selection
Viney has to come back this week. He is a champion thoroughbred. Don't run him in a Manangatang Maiden. Let him sharpen his skills against a senior opposition.

Big Clubs Rule the AFL
Clarkson has correctly identified a significant anti Hawthorn bias in the umpiring of the game. He is just trying to level the playing field and get some fairness for the Hawks. God bless his little heart. Clarkson hates umpiring bias !!!

The Curnow Brothers at the Tribunal
Umpires officially have no value or worth and contact with them is inconsequential and unimportant. The umpires will say nothing, though they now accept that they are fair game and " Don't touch an umpire, EVER" in simply a meaningless slogan. How naive got them to think they will be protected. .......ever. Hopefully they stop doing this silly waving behind them before a bounce. I've always hated that stuff.
