Freo are an absolute rabble. Cannot believe that, after how many years of chasing a genuine star key forward, they finally convince one to join them and then pull this. Whether it is a negotiating tactic or not, it is completely baffling. They have no idea what they are doing.

It says if they keep their first they can trade others. If they trade their first, does that effect a trade that's already happened? AFL will make it up on the fly.

He answered this in response to Barrett asking if he thought it was down to two, being North and WC. The end of the sentence was that, based on the above, Melbourne are reading it the same way. Pretty sure he was confirming that we had been told to bugger off, not let it play out. Would love to be wrong.
