  1. I like to blame all the problems in my life on he who must not be named.
  2. The whole Jack Viney taking on the AFL and Tribunal and winning reminds of the David and Goliath story except that Viney is Goliath and he wins.
  3. You read the thread correctly. When I created the thread yesterday I cut and pasted from an earlier thread from last year. I changed the amounts and then I got distracted and closed the browser window before I hit post and had to redo the thread and then when I cut and pasted again I forgot to change the amounts from last year. I apologise for the confusion and that is why I offered the refund. Cheers and Go Dees.
  4. It's the right thing for me to do. It was my error.
  5. I leave offerings for Jack every night to keep my family safe from harm.
  6. The prices went up at the beginning of the season. We had a sale where the subscriptions for 2014 were at 2013 prices. I cut and pasted the prices from last years thread and I did not change the prices. I apologise. If you would like to PM me your PayPal account name I would be happy to refund you. Let me know.
  7. You can pay via credit card. Just follow the prompts through to PayPal and when it gets to the PayPal screen it gives you the option of signing in to PayPal (if you have an account) or paying via credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to donate. It is facilitated through PayPal but you don't need an account.
  8. At the top and bottom of the page there is a button that says Click for Full Site.
  9. As I said earlier I think this can have it's own set of problems. Forums need new blood to grow. Forcing people to pay might scare people away and I don't think it is fair to make people pay for something they can't afford. If we were churning out huge amounts of our own content then things might be a little different. As it stands I am comfortable with allowing our users to decide if the want to contribute. People have been very generous and that is great. We've had about 8 or 9 months of hosting paid for today. We still need more to help out with the software costs. Thanks again everyone who has contributed.
  10. Mobile skin refers to the smartphone version of the site to makes it easier to read on an iphone or android type device and is not a protective cover for a mobile device. If you are referring to the former what device do you own?
  11. Nom, nom, nom. Needs more salt. I'll get it from Damian Barrett's tears.
  12. Nathan Schmook: 13 minutes, we're back. Hold tight.
  13. Teams are in. In: Garland Out: Georgiou (Omitted) - another Viney victim. Too soon?
  14. Do I even need to explain why? I thought it was funny but kids read this site. Not to mention Nannas.
  15. Nathan Schmook: OK, we're out now and the board is deliberating...
  16. Nathan Schmook: "There was no ability for the jury to come to the conclusion they did, and it was so unreasonable." - David Grace QC Not sure if this is a new comment or Nathan just repeating a comment from earlier.
  17. Comment From Guest Doesn't that mean that no verdict could ever be overturned? A jury by definition must act reasonably. Nathan Schmook: It depends on what grounds you challenge. Nick Maxwell had a decision overturned because the Pies argued the rules were misapplied. Only one in 14 have been successful.
  18. Comment From james lt Nathan, do you believe it should be overturned? Nathan Schmook: I believe he should have been found not guilty on Tuesday night. But i don't see how it can be overturned now. You can disagree with the original verdict, but it's hard to assert the jury acted "so unreasonably" ...
  19. Shouldn't the prosecution have gone first or do normal trial rules not apply in a kangaroos court?
  20. Nathan Schmook: The jury would have to "cock it up massively, Gleeson says, for the decision to be overturned. "
