How dare you say I should support another team because I do not agree with you. Everyone has a right to my opinion and despite my total disbelief with some of your statements I would never say you should follow another team. In fact you should be encouraging supporters in the current environment. Your comments are nothing but damaging to this team and supporters. I think Bruce is likely to finish in the top 5 in the best and fairest this year based on current form.

Our next captain is Bruce, like it or not. If you are not comfortable with this then you should STILL follow this team, but better still join up as a member. Hearing you are not a member of the club disappoints me more than watching the MFC at the moment.

Ps. I am not convincedabout Austin yet despite me giving him votes yesterday. He seems a bit slow to me but I will reserve judgement.

Isnt he a member??????

Blake: the most unco person in the afl

Gamble: ummm wats he doing in the team

Harley: he's the captain?

S johnson: great footballer i have to say, but a dikhead off field

West: Who?

Byrnes: most over rated footballer in the afl or if u dont know him i dont blame u

The replies in this thread only go to show how sad our supporter base is (apologies to the good replies, you know who you are. Then again the morons that replied probably think their opinion means something, so strike that)

No wonder we cop it from all angles

Absolute lightweights.

I wouldnt be surprised if 95% of you head to Buller in June. And I am sure that Realist is first there with his mummy and daddy

Are you a member?

yes, I have been a member since 1997

Why would you doubt me?

Look at my username?

It doesnt say 'realist'.

It doesnt say 'bobby_mckenzie'.

It doesnt say 'the fork.

It doesnt say 'ewok'.

It doesnt say 'tess'.

Undisputedly, the most famous and passionate supporter of the MFC. The man that goes against the stereotype. The man that has never skiied in his life. The man that is the anti-bayside toff. The man that will belt opposition supporters at the footy if they [censored] him off. The man that knows more about the game of football than anyone, a fact widely acknowlegded by other posters on this board and by some members of the footballing media.

You either love me, or you grudgingly respect me. But one things for sure, nobody can hate me.

Like I said before, when you lie you have to be good.

You sniffled out last time because of daylight saving ending and CLAIMING you were at the game

BUT

Yesterday your first post was at 4.48PM

You WEAK LITTLE SNIFFLER how are you going to get out of this one?

Sitting on your laptop getting kicks from bagging players who have more guts and brains in their little fingers than

you have in your entire body.

Keep your word LIAR!!!

You said you were gone

For all our sakes

GOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

FFS, why do you bother...what has YM done to offend you apart from being a bit of fun...yes, most of the stuff he says is a bit twisted and stupid but thats why he was chosen as the most entertaining poster i think it was...y do u care? uve lied aswell on this very forum, wasnt it you that told everyone you were 61?

get over it, ur just sparking fires that dont need to be sparked, for what its worth, i would prefer that you

reliable source-

the players hate Dean Bailey.

This is not a joke. it's true. and is a very worrying sign

lol...i hope this is not another "reliable source" story...well then again i hope it is because then this would be false...if the players dont like him, they can leave...i know for certainty that a couple of younger players' are very fond of him...its probably the old blokes and FWIW they can leave because as everyone on this websight admits, they will not be apart of the next premiership

    DELUGE by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons overcame their inaccuracy and the wet inhospitable conditions to overrun the lowly Northern Bullants at Genis Steel Oval in Cramer Street, Preston on Saturday. It was an eerie feeling entering the ground that in the past hosted many VFA/VFL greats of the past including the legendary Roy Cazaly. The cold and drizzly rain and the sparse crowd were enough to make one want to escape to the nearby Preston Market and hang out there for the afternoon. In the event, the fans

    INSANITY by Whispering Jack

Somehow, the Melbourne Football Club managed it twice in the course of a week. Coach Simon Goodwin admitted it in his press conference after the loss against the Brisbane Lions in a game where his team held a four goal lead in the third term:   "In reality we went a bit safe. Big occasion, a lot of young players playing. We probably just went into our shell a bit. "There's a bit to unpack in that last quarter … whether we go into our shells a bit late in the game."   Well

    UNBACKABLE by The Oracle

They’re billing the Brisbane Lions as a sleeping giant — the best team outside the top eight —and based on their form this month they’re a definite contender for September AFL action. Which is not exactly the best of news if you happen to be Melbourne, the visiting team this week up at the Gabba.  Even though they are placed ahead of their opponent on the AFL table, and they managed to stave off defeat in their last round victory over North Melbourne, this week’s visitors to the Sunshi

    WILDCARDS by KC from Casey

Casey’s season continued to drift into helplessness on Sunday when they lost another home game by a narrow margin, this time six points, in their Round 13 clash with North Melbourne’s VFL combination. The game was in stunning contrast to their last meeting at the same venue when Casey won the VFL Wildcard Match by 101 points. Back then, their standout players were Brodie Grundy and James Jordon who are starring in the AFL with ladder leaders, the Sydney Swans (it turned out to be their last
