    its all part of our rebranding process...if it helps the club attract members/supporters/sponsers/money in any way shape or form, im all for it

    I think Melbourne FC allows the club to move forward.

    The name has a modern feel and seems more appealing to people new to the game.

    I like Melbournefc. It gives the club a more traditional feel imo, and mimicks "FC" that's used by soccer teams. I don't think mascot's are as influential as much as they used to be. They could drop the demon tag altogether and I wouldn't care. As long as we're "Melbourne" and navy blue and red, I don't care.
