Is it weird that i honestly want to have jones' babies?

Get in line!

Diablo is telling me that the run and carry game plan has been really good tonight and has directly led to Jones' last goal.

6.4.40 to 2.3.15

6.5 - 3.4

goal from free kick and 50m

Dogs kick another (apperantly another gift from the umps).

6.5.41 to 3.4.22

Miller having a good game in defence (Diablo said 'good-ish', I'm saying good :D).

Carroll doing his job.

Jones killing it.

Dammit, I blink and someone gets in first :P

Umps are killing us.... who's surprised?:rolleyes:

Edit: Meesen doing well in the ruck.

dogs goal

6.6 - 6.4

dogs goal

6.6 - 7.4

6.6 - 8.4

another free kick to dogs!

This is clearly a result of poor defending - giving away free kicks shows your behind your player and in a weaker position.

Pretty pathetic to give away 6 unanswered goals really.

Half Time

Melb 6.6.42 Dogs 8.4.52

Our pressure has disappeared. Welcome back the Melbourne I know :D

thanks for the update guys! its been great!

Anyone get rested for a long period of time in the second?

so they've kicked last 7? 7/8?

have we just stopped running? have people been off or is it just dogs playing well? has neitz been in it at all

half time

6 of dogs 8 have come from frees, a couple marginal.

Jones was off for the second half of that quarter, and a rusty Brock was in the middle.

We played well for most of that half, and about 3 Dogs' goals were a result of ridiculous 50m penalties. Umpires are apperantly in rare form

Neita kicked a good goal early and has had a few decent efforts as well, for those who are wondering.

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demons’ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.

  • REPORT: Richmond

It seemed as if the whole purpose of the Anzac Eve clash at the MCG between the Demons and the Tigers was building toward that single, unforgettable moment when Kozzie Pickett soared above Campbell Gray and all but fittingly etched his name onto the face of the 2026 Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal.
