Yes have to admit he looks way of!

I don't understand why he doesn't show some desperation. There were times where he could have impacted, he just strolled around the contest. He has to have been told that it is a weakness in his game.

Have to agree with most

Fritch -Time to trade

Langdon - Too many turnovers

Tholstrup - Casey for newbies

Chandler - Doesn't do enough

Oliver- Hate to admit ....

Lever - Bad below knees

McVee - Rankine kicked 5

Rankin can kick 5 on anyone

McVee

All need a stint in the 2s

As for Petracca switched off? Absolutely gone.

McVee-got told at the start of the year that he was playing a running back, mfd killing his development, sick of being the only play to play on the best small forwards and will leave the dees for other opportunities

There was DEFINITELY no evidence of him EVER ‘dominating’ at Casey

'dominating' against the bullants and the team who just lost to the bullants

Get ur facts right old dee, dominated at Casey , yet finding transition tough at elite level. Needs another pre season then and only then at this same stage in 2026 will judgements be made!

Though not as fanatical as you about Jeffo I am also a fan, but I am starting to worry.

Sometimes you don’t want to see what you are seeing.

However, I agree he should be played for a solid block of games and also given another year before finally assessing him.

Sometimes these kids just need a bit of luck and a breakout game, to really believe they belong and give them some confidence. It must be hard every time you play, thinking that you are not good enough and going to be delisted.

We will have plenty to move on this year and I agree he should be given another season to prove himself. It’s not like we have 10 replacements anyway.

From what I have seen this year mr. Leg I would play Kentfield before Jefferson. He lóoks like he has intent. I never get that feeling with Jefferson. Jefferson is in his 3rd year and has played a handfull of good VFL level games. Time is up for me. There is however something amiss at the MFC. I smell discontent. Petracca looks like he wants to be elsewhere. Clarrie is playing to half his ability. What's happened to JVR. He is consistently playing below his first year. Of course it does help that he barely plays 50 of games as a kpf. He have a part time chief and a new one who doesn't start till the season is over. Add a future president who it appears was talked into taking the job Inspite of him having moved into retirement.

I have said what I have said about giving Kentfield time and that Jeffo will probably get another year. JVR played his best game this year on sunday and hopefully will return to his best.

The new CEO is already working on club matters and Brad Green is the President and not the acting one. He is doing his job.

We have a succession plan for President, that is all it is. Steven Smith has not retired from life, only as a Lawyer. He is 69 and pretty fit from the last time I saw him about 9 months ago.

Is Goody the Coach given he will be replaced eventually? Is Dillon the CEO of the AFL, given he will also be replaced eventually? Everyone gets replaced eventually, does that mean they can't do their job until they are replaced?

Human nature says otherwise Mr. Leg. There is something amiss at the MFC at present, imo part of the problem is that too many things appear to be in holding mode.

Maybe OD, you are correct - "too many things appear to be in holding mode". But just because they appear to be in holding mode, doesn't necessarily mean they are. We are not privy to what is happening behind the scenes, and probably for good reason. I think there is probably heaps happening behind the scenes, including Goody related, which of course you wouldn't want out in the open yet. People calling for major shake ups, now, are being unrealistic in my view. Any changes that happen will be at the end of the season, not during the season for very valid business and football related reasons. My faith is with the Club to make the correct and sound calls when the time is right - as frustrating as that might seem to us supporters.

Tracca smashed it in the first.

Dropped off button whole a good game.

The rest is a solid analysis except maybe Lever.

Sparrow and Fritta sum this team up
