I'm most concerned about Windsor and JvR.

I think Salem actually had a good block of form but dropped away the last couple of weeks.

2nd and 3rd year blues respectively.

They will get back to their best and we know they can play.

It’s JVR’s fourth year in the system, surely we can’t just put basic dropped chest marks down to ‘3rd year blues’

It’s clearly a loss of confidence.

A player doesn’t just lose his talent.

Excluding first year players who are those that have improved this year?

Turner, Langdon, Bowey, Pickett and maybe Chandler

That is on each and every player that calls themselves a professional. McDonald has been great but is out of the team presumably because he is seen as not being long term

Look at Neale, Bont, Pendlebury and Sidebottom. Absolute pros.

Our leaders (Max excluded) are bordering on fraudulent. And maybe worse is that they are all bad in the same area - disposals and ball use.

You can see the club has tried to improve players with ball use including with Lindsay and Langford but it doesn't help players being played out of position like Windsor - who is clearly not a backman. Or Petty who is not a forward.

What has happened to Rivers, Fritsch, Petty, Lever, May, Salem, Van Rooyen, Viney, Sparrow, Tholstrup?

That's why we are in a hole. And the coaching staff IMO are mostly responsible but at some point the players need to take stock in their own performances. 2 years of crud
