In recent years, he found his niche as speedster running off the half backline and became a regular over the past two seasons. However, has accepted an offer to move to the West Coast Eagles as an uncontracted free agent.

I thought Jayden's form for most of the year was pretty solid, and I certainly would have more confidence in him playing a role next year than either Hibberd or Smith.

Ultimately I don't really see the point to letting best 22 players walk for the proverbial packet of chips, particularly for the sake of $100K or so.

Good luck Jayden, and thanks for your efforts over the past 9 years.

What we would have given to see a few more run and carry situations for Jayden this year, we just weren't able to play to his strengths in the end.

Played the lock down defender role quite well this year at the expense of his run and carry.

Got beaten a few times by Papley which is no disgrace.

Don't think Goodwin ever liked him

Really liked Jayden I liked him as a person and as a MFC player and agree with Poita best 22 and shouldn’t have been let go.!!!
