Agree. Skills and ball delivery critical in the wet. Pray for September sun

It will all click soon, hopefully we don’t have to wait till 2019

This year is wide open...

It's already clicked multiple times this year.

It's just a matter of getting right on the day.

One question I ask time and time again at the game is this...

why don’t we stick Gawn or TMac in a postition to mark the ball when guys like Spargo are kicking for goal from around 50? If I can predict the ball will drop short into the goal square why can’t the players?

it happened a few times last Friday and I was screaming for someone to get back into the square, so much so people around me were looking at me funny, then sure enough the ball dropped into the hands of the waiting Geelong defenders!

it has happened in just about every game his season

Weid.

Of course. In 2-3 weeks would be magnificent

After the Queens birthday debacle I made a post about our poor inside 50s/conversions. At the time, no one was interested. However, here we are and it's still a problem.

I think our defence is easily the weakest part of our game and once Lever went down I wrote off our premiership chances, but if we can just add some composure and polish up front we can win the thing regardless.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
