Round 14 - Non MFC Games

Can't see Essendon beating us, despite playing their best footy with backs against the wall. Hogan to kick 8. Watts 25 disp, 10 marks.

Anyone watching the Origin? Possibly some of the dumbest footballers getting around. In the news all week is the Gibbs v Schulz sling tackle and opponent getting knocked out, closely followed by (depending on where your living) the Alex McKinnon tackle/ Cam Smith story(Cam Smith was not involved in the actual tackle).Have the game on as background fodder, get out of the shower in time to see two NSW players pick up and go short of dumping a QLD player on his head. What part don't these players from both codes get? There's nothing tough about crap like that. The effects of concussion may not be known for some time, the dumping of a player on his head is just a dumb act carried by moronic bafoons which as we have all seen can have horrendous consequences.

Hogan to kick 8.

You must have him missing a few, I say 12 straight :D

Similar to our wins really. We never get credit, the fallout is always about how bad the losers were.

Watts 10 marks during wet weather footy. Not sure if your having a laugh :P I don't doubt tho that hogan can kick 8 goals - no matter the weather.

  • REPORT: Carlton

The text messages started flooding in shortly after quarter time. One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game. Ironically, Mihocek would also register the last minor score of the day after the game took a dramatic turnaround.
