CAR. Ample free parking available in Lulie Street.

WEATHER. Extended forecast says 27 degrees, warm and mostly cloudy. Chance of showers, so footy boots are a must.

People, its Melbourne so bring WATER and SUNSCREEN!!!

Helpers, we have never had enough additional water, so please do not slack off on your commitments.

survival rules (surviving playing with captain wise) :

if he is out of position and screaming for the ball, best give it to him...

if he is lining up an opposition player for a tackle, stay clear of that zone...

when he shanks his passes to the forwards, wipe that smile off your face...

if he notices you and gives you an order (no matter how illogical or obscene), best carry it out, or at least try...

(by my reading of history, no human being has ever been able to have sexual intercourse with themselves)...

it's a white line fever thing (like carl ditterich or rod grinter)...

wise is a lovely bloke this side of the white line, but...

anyway, if the above rules fail you, you can always pretend to be injured and sit out the game on the bench...

I, too, am unlikely to make it. Have a birthday on Sunday that I 'must' attend. You know, one of those birthdays I didn't even consider when I put my hand up to play/help [due to it not even crossing into my conscious awareness], but was swiftly reminded of just a few days a go by the missus.

Best of luck to all involved though, and let us hope we see Demonland win a few games. Will be keen to read impressions etc.
