Darnold zipping it early, lucky not to throw a pick 6 as the safety tried to jump the route but it was a perfect throw.

Surely they have to start bootlegging or moving Maye around.

Keeping him in the pocket is suicide by a thousand cuts.

I feel like the only way the Pats score is if they get a turn over in Seattle territory.

All those who voted Maye for MVP… sure if it stands for this, Maye Very Poor.

Unless the second half changes this might be a pure shut out for the Seahawks.

Not enough offense generated by New England. Seattle defensive pressure on point and Walker is running like crazy.

Still a game though.

I can almost come to terms with Seattle winning this superbowl but I can't come to terms with Sam Darnold having a ring yet.

Well get use to it Layzie, Seattle are taking home the Lombardi

Like I said though Gorg, I can sort of deal with that but Darnold will take a bit of time.

Is this game worse than the Rams Pats in 18/19?

Cos it’s the worst I’ve seen.

I think this shades it. At least for worst offensive play calling.

MVP calls? Walker? Seattle defense? Jason Meyers even?

Revsied: Walker for MVP. Showed up when it mattered

I turned it off just into the 4th and went for a run/walk.

Running up a hill with flies in my face whilst sweating buckets was better than staying and watching the last 11 minutes.

And that after watching the Wolves get [censored] slaughtered at 7am.

The Rams/Pats was bad but because the Rams were playing and it was super close all game I still was glued to the set, but today I left the lounge, went in the back room and watched the second half on the laptop so I could do other things before I gave up and went for a run.

D wins again. Makes me wish that AD99 was still playing, last two years with him could have been much better. I hope they throw the sink at Crosby.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

It’s late February. Two teams widely predicted to finish near the foot of the AFL table in 2026 face off against each other in sweltering 30-degree heat deep in outer suburbia in a match simulation with fresh new faces and uneven team numbers. There are no nearby sheep stations on offer; the result promises nothing more than bragging rights for the winner. Nevertheless, the loser appears hopelessly adrift, whereas the other seems to have found its footing after a couple of years of struggle – perhaps a hint at bigger things to come?
