Vikes D gave it their all while the offense looked like something mark neeld was coaching. That's it for our season. Detroit winning gives them a 2 game buffer and our chances of a wild card are slim. That 2 point conversion  should've been a penalty for contact to Bradford's head but the refs missed it.

I'm telling my kids anything is possible in life. Just look at coach fisher.

Good lord... 2 point attempt gets picked by Eric Berry & returned for 2 points. Going for 2 is the right call to make it an even 3 point game. Chances of it being picked & returned for 2 are slim but it happened. Where Dan Quinn went wrong was going on 4th & 1 from the 10 early in the 3rd, kick the FG & then going for 2 earlier in the 4th which failed. Take the FG & XP & that last play doesn't happen and we win. Everyone says our defense is terrible but the Cheifs scored 9 points from turnovers & 7 from a fake punt which turned into a 55 yard TD  We head to LA next, not so confident.. & the Bucs have found life the NFC South is alive.

On another note anyone see the 49ers ?? More sacks given up then passing yards, that is actually unbelievable

The throw was terrible and prior to the hit. But the hit should have been called.

Get footage and watch our last two games. You will be fine.

It was pointed out if we win 3 of our last 4 game we go 7-9

Ha ha.

Loving the Buccs on the rise.

That 2 point return was insane, the fake punt even better.

And the only team.to lose to the niners??? That's right, Fisher, super coach!!!

I hope we have plenty of salary cap cos we will need to buy and offence.

Felt for Goff, had 5+ throws onnthe chest and the WR plain dropped them, one they hit up and got intercepted.

Erggghhh get this season over with so I can look forward to fisher being fired next year.

Sorry about the qoite. I could not delete it nor write anytging even after logging in and out...

Jets game was a fizzer. They looked whose than the Rams in the first period.

4 weeks to go and the race to the finishing line is on (in the tipping comp) ... every point is vital including the 1 point on offer in week 14.  There are a few decent chances this week so not picking up a point could be costly.

You have a good offence, average defence.

we had a good defence super poor offence, now our offence is just poor but our D has become very very average, if we get Quinn back this week that will def help as him and Donald are two very good D linemen.

I can't see us beating you unless our D hold you to 17 points or less.

we need to start fast and maintain it until at least the half. We have had some good first drives then the next few would be poor keeping our D on the field way too long.

Denver

Cincinnati

Dallas

Pittsburgh

Denver

Atlanta

Watched Cheifs & Raiders last night... Raiders were pretty poor. Carr couldn't get going, seemed to be struggling with that pinky finger injury. The cheifs defense has what it takes to win the whole thing.. Watched them the past 2 weeks and for a side I haven't really seen too much before they have been impressive. Raiders got 3 turnovers all in Cheifs territory & the Cheifs D only gave up 3 points, impressive stuff.

Yup, the chiefs D was awesome, they have beaten the raiders twice this season so only need to match them for games won to clinch their playoff spot.

Cowboys

Best bet of the week: Ravens + 7.5

It's that time of year again ... 2016 NFL Playoff Machine

Wow gorgoroth... Should have listened to you about how bad the Rams are. The first play of the game summed it all up!

Romo being talked about again ... no surprise really, it was only going to take 1 loss like the one Dallas had yesterday.  On top of that, Romo is being paid a hell of a lot of money to sit on the sidelines 100% of the time.

If Prescott starts having another off day in their next 3 games, I can see Romo at least being given some phases during any of those games.  And that may be enough for the switch-back to happen.  Dallas' next 3 - vs Tampa,  vs Detroit then @ Philadelphia.  Jerry will probably find an opportunity for Romo in that string of games.

Some other observations ...

  • Miami, Tennessee & Houston are making claims in the AFC and any of those 3 teams are genuine chances to advance
  • The Broncos might be in trouble - next 3 ... vs Pats,  @ KC,  vs Oakland
  • Pittsburgh are starting to hit their straps - the Ravens can't afford to slip back too far (they play against one another in 2 weeks)
  • The Vikes & Packers stay alive but both teams will need help if either are to advance ... the teams meet each other in week 16.
  • The Giants defence is A1 and they're a real smoky especially if Eli can find his best form
  • Washington & Tampa continue to win games - both teams are realistic wild-card chances ... the Falcons should now win the NFC West with their run home.  Atlanta might even snare the 2 seed.
  • Detroit's next 2 will tell us how good they might be - @ Giants,  @ Dallas.  They can wrap up the NFC North if they win both.
  • Regardless of today's result, Seattle should still be able to secure the 2 seed - next 3 ... vs Rams,  vs Arizona then @ 49ers.  They just had a bad day today and ran into a hot Green Bay.

Yeah I knew we would lose. Fisher now has equalled the most losses.  This thurs will make him the "winner"

Rumours of Harbaugh to the Rams have started with Gurden and Shannahan also named. I can't see how he survives.  Nor should snead. Clean slate the place.  No winning season in 13 years.

The stadium was so empty.

Reckon Kyle Shanahan would be high on your HC list. What he could do with Goff & Gurley is inticing... Yes I've done a back flip on Shanahan, would hate to lose him after the touch his put on the Atlanta offense

We need to chase a great offensive coach but more importantly the best QB coach there is. We have invested heavily in Goff. This can't be a bust.

Bolton also won 4-0 this morning to go second, 1 point from the top.

What a good day!

I will get home soon, watch the Sunday night game and have a drink.

Much rejoicing!!!

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Collingwood

Narrm time isn’t a standard concept—it’s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.
