Can someone with the right skills and knowledge please amend and/or expand on this as I find this pretty offensive and insulting.

I didnt log in, so hopefully wikipedia accept my edit.

Seems to have worked. Thanks. I didn't want to play with it as 1) I've never edited wiki and 2) I figured someone here (with better skills and style than me)might be able to add to it to tell the real story.

Why do people do that? Small minds and smaller self esteem, I guess. If it had have been about a current footballer I would have probably shrugged and ignored it but that was just rude. Thanks for clearing up that mess.

Is that the bit about Tsunamarama, a musical on the whole experience? If so, it's still there. I don't know how to edit.

go into history and look at the edit dated 17th Sept - that was the offensive bit

re the Tsunamarama - didn't notice that - its bogus right? The other offensive bit was much more obvious and blunter

Ah ok. Only reading it on the mobile site.

Im fairly sure that Trisha Broadbridge wouldn't a) write a musical about the Tsunami; and B) set it to the music of Bananarama. I think that section is meant to be about her book.

That was pretty offensive. If you then take the IP address and go to http://toolserver.org/~chm/whois.php and enter the IP address that was captured you'll have the details of that address.

Tsunamarama is from Summer Heights High.

Someone is taking the [censored] in very poor taste.

If you're there wonnabeeri can you edit this bit out too, please?

Never done this myself and would probably stuff it up

I did it before I posted that.

Just did a search and it came up with a Roger Lienert but I'm not sure if he is an employee of Unwired (the ISP) or if he was the contributor.

It was actually my wife. She was reading something online about Jimma last night and was wondering if Trisha Silvers was Trisha Broadbridge, so she googled it and called me over to have a look when she saw the page. We debated if we should do something about it but realised we really didn't know enough about how wiki ran to give it a try. So, like the good woman she is, she suggested I ask someone here if they could sort it.

Not bad for a lass that was a Carlton supporter before I met her.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
