Wouldn't mind seeing dredg in December, but hate Karnivool, so I may just go and leave before Karnivool.

Porcupine Tree in January and The Mars Volta have announced the Festy Hall side show. TMV live is like nothing else.

So many gigs crammed into 3 months, why can't they spread out over the year. I'm actually do my best to make global warming rapidly rise, that way it'll be summer all year round.

That's the stuff I'm listening to at the moment - going through a bit of a folk/alt.country phase.

A couple of people have mentioned Coheed and Cambria, amazing band. Their first 3 albums are genius.

Any heavy band that puts "coo-coo-ca-joos" into their songs gets my vote!

Am also counting the days down to U2!! Flying from Darwin to catch these guys live on Dec 1st then a couple days rest and off to Stereosonic. All in the city of the greatest football club!!

Yeah, that woulda been me too. I'd pay $40 to see them play live thru a telescope but since I'm making the effort I shelled out for the $100 ticket.

Saw Metallica last night for the 3rd time in my life. Previous times were in 92 during the black album tour (Austria and Seattle) where they teamed with Motorhead and G n R. They blew Gunners off the stage something shocking back then and it is still to this day the best gig I`ve ever seen.

Nearly 20yrs on these blokes have lost none of their stage presence. They give 100% to the crowd and are just awesome to watch. Sensational.

Got my tool tics in the mail yesterday ;)

i was after some seats for $180 but they sold out in 2 minutes.......

i'm pumped

Damn, the seated area is really good, sucks that you missed out.

I got mine in the mail yesterday too... 3 seats. Ridiculous money though.

Also got Deftones tickets, excited for that.

Saw Baroness on Friday night, best gig I've been to in a long damn time.

    Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50.     A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan.     Some veteran Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock to bring you the following observations from another Preseason Training Session. WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders.     Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9.
