... my 2009 membership package ... now bring on 2009

Same here.

What's encouraging is the prominence given to young supporters featured on the lanyard pack.

Apart from the freaky Heath Ledger clone on the gold membership card!

That's one angry Demon.

Also the Demon Heartland, if you were going to do it, even more incentive as it has a Demon Direct payment plan.

$14.13 per month gets 30 children into the Heartland.

30 CHILDREN!

Got mine yesterday as well

agree on the demon not a fan, looks like the phantom of the opera , it better not end up on the clash jumper

Note the demon logo on the membership card. It's back.

Also note the removal of the primus logo from all the pictures of the players on the mini-calendar and on other stuff. It's quite weird to look at a jumper and see nothing but the AFL logo and the red and blue.

Scarves are back as well - which I think is cool. Already have a few drawers at home filled up with them, but I like getting the new ones and seeing everyone wearing them at the games. A few years back I saw and commented to fellow demon who had sewn a heap on them together and had made massive poncho out of them! It was fantastic!

One of the best features about the pack is the absence of obvious bullsh*t about our 'strong financial position' that characterised previous administration's literature.

The funky little calendar and The Age home delivered for a year for $25 is fantastic value as well.

I should be getting mine tonight in the mail. :D Agree with respect to the Age, one of the best deals surely at $25 for 52 weeks.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
