MEET CLINT BARTRAM - TONIGHT @ Fubar in St. Kilda

Featured Replies

Must apologise as I'm hundreds of miles away at the moment, and cannot access my email lists....

So for all those people who have joined the player sponsor group, there will be a get together with Clint Bartram at the Fubar in St.Kilda 7pm next Monday 19th May at 7pm

I will email everyone in the group when I return later this week, but for others who have not joined we would welcome you along, have a drink with the group ( and Clint ) and get to learn the ins and outs of being an AFL listed player.

Hopefully Whispering Jack can fill the blanks in on the address etc.....

Fubar is at 16 Belford Street, St. Kilda (off Acland Street).

Demonland/Demonology Sponsorship for 2008 is $125.00 (3 functions) and can be paid at the door OR alternatively you can paid as you go - $50.00 for the evening ($10.00 for children).

Admission includes a great night including an interview with our sponsored player Clint Bartram and vision of our game against the Fremantle Dockers (last half only) and a panel discussion on any topic you want to name.

Light supper of exotic Fubar finger foods provided with soft drinks. I assume there will be drinks available with the food at bar prices to those over 18 (ID essential) and the chef will be on hand if you want a full meal (reasonable prices).

Join us for a big night that should amply fill the void caused by there being no Melbourne or Sandringham game in town at the weekend!!!

IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO JOIN!!!

Congratulations to Clint Bartram who played on Andrew McLeod today and kept him to 12 disposals (6 kicks and 6 handballs) and no scores. Clint himself finished with 15 touches (11 kicks, 4 handballs) 6 tackles and a goal.

You can hear all about it at the Fubar tomorrow night from 7 pm. Don't miss it!

Can anyone advise on parking in the area please? BB & SB

Very annoyed I can't make it.

I'm still ready to join the sponsorship (when I get the money - I've given too much to the 150 Club!)

Looking forward to events later in the year.

I'd like to be there but can't make it. Will someone propose a toast to Neita for his wonderful service to the club?

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
