I always thought (throughout my life) that I had to care and develop my OWN performances.. Not have anyone MAKE me care ?? Weak ??? Personal pride , dignity and character have taught me to think like this... I am proud to admit it....

Come to Tassie..lol We will get all the help North Melbourne and on a larger scale Hawthorn are getting, Government "donations" , 10,000 members and be able to play at least half of our games at the MCG... What more could you ask for ??? Hawthorn have won a premiership since coming here .. and they have never really looked back... Must be something in it... ?? (tongue in cheek).. I have almost had enough of the MFC.. But I dare say I will suffer a little longer .. Have supported the Dees for around 50 Years ... Lowest ebb I can remember right now... Sadly

Apart from the picture not being transmitted in HD (as it is on Fox and believe me there is a marked difference) The Audio is only broadcast in glorified Stereo and NOT in Digital 5.1 Surround as is Discovery, Soho, Fox 8 and many others on Foxtel... But alas, the Foxtel channels do not transmit their Sports /Footy channel in Digital Audio... Not sure why not..

If that was his intention (and I doubt it was) then I would never want him playing in my team.. That kind of mentality is akin to "tanking"..... oops.. !! How could I ever think like that ? Just saying... lol

Someone was pushing him aside (as they usually do).... where was the ball did he get hold of it ? or did the Giants clear it ....again ? I am trying to find the incident you are referring to on the tape .. it's getting a bit annoying watching Watts running away from contests and the ball AND generally prancing around like a lost puppy... Get serious .. I agree there are many others to delist before him, which makes our predicament at the least a very sad one... I want us to become great again.. but alas, it won't be with most of this list...

AND... after his comment on waiting to see who the new coach is before he signs, (or thinks about it) that ,if he was at all smart, should have been an incentive to come out and have a dip and show what he was capable of with the view to at least give the club and supporters a reason to even CONSIDER wanting to sign him... After Saturday... why the hell would we want him... Good riddance ... I say.. Let's move on from this "tail wagging the dog" mentality...

Wrong... It isn't because as you say "we can all see he is good" ...I , for one, get bloody frustrated and it just aggravates me to see him being repeatedlyselected in the Senior side... We don't have a good list but for me it can do without JW... I hate non tryers and our culture seems to attract them... Sad... I would love to hear from Ronald Dale on what he thinks of the current playing group.... I agree... Please Jack Watts don't wait ... Go Now.. ! After what I saw on Saturday.... Weak Heart, Soft , Soft, Not much ability either... We do not need him ... Nothing to offer this Club....

out of left field a little ... I watched The Gold Coast v WCE game and couldn't help notice the commitment of one Campbell Brown... He ran and ran and ran and even chased an opponent from 30 metres away until that opponent had actually released the ball and on many occasions he was bearing down on that player at such a rate he actually forced them to get rid of the ball and at times caused errors... Why can't we chase like this ?? Why don't WE want to run our gutses out for the club as Brown does.. He showed what grit and determination is all about... And he is not one of the younger players... I couldn't help thinking... What an example of passion and belief in what he is doing... We want that attitude in our players... THEN we can hold our heads high when we walk off the ground.... WIN or lose... Justsaying.........

The only "bag" Watts could kick would be one hanging over the fence... Just saying..

You may love the club, as you say, but if you truly love the club why would you want weak hearted , non performing players like JW in it ? I am sick of the soft approach by some posters on here who are continually finding reasons to keep Watts on our list.. This club is in trouble.. how are people like Watts who are uninspiring and disinterested commanding your support/respect... Give me a break.. Toughen up.. It is time the culture changed.... dramatically !! I was one who was originally very interested in seeing Jack Watts developing into a top player with our club.. He has had more time than some.. It is not going to happen.. He will never be a match winner for this Club.. If you can't stand the heat ... you know the rest..

the biggest problem with us and has been for several years is we always have a period where we give our supporters some hope and then it's suddenly "business as usual" like on Saturday. That's the MFC unfortunately..... Culture ???

Because the ball is mostly on our backline Dunn is under much more pressure than all Forwards and midfielders.. He does a good job and it is to his credit he doesn't make a lot more mistakes, being bombarded with the ball and opposition forwards and midfielders. He ,Frawley and Garland have done a reasonable job under the circumstances...

Bit like some of the crap I have seen posted on other Topics by some Posters, when referring to Jamar.. These boys have served the club well.. Show a little respect for them in probably what may be their final year...

NO NO Please .. No Nicholson... Who cares how many times he gets the ball if he doesn't know where to kick it or cannot kick it properly... No.1 on MY delist list...

Probably our best result from general play in the match was the result from a kick out from Dunn , which he sent about 60 metres straight up the centre , from which we ultimately scored a goal after the ball fell to ground and we picked it up and sent it forward to convert within 20 seconds of Dunn's kick out.. Highlight for me (considering there were very few.) We found ,on the other hand, that the ball was quickly fired back into North Melbourne's goal square each time we kicked out towards our right half back flank area..(at least ten times). usually wildly, to where we were invariably outnumbered by tall NM players..No method or value in that.....
