  1. From where we were sitting all I can say is we couldn’t get the ball in our hands in the first and when we did Carlton setup well at halfback Macca. We were rushed and gave the ball back cheaply. Is it a mental thing starting like that?
  2. I take each week as I see it Macca. For whatever the reason, Carlton had the game on their terms in the first. I, like most think our backline did an outstanding job in that quarter, not many teams could’ve held up like that. Just giving them credit, that’s all. At one stage they flashed the inside 50 count up on the scoreboard in the second, Blues had almost 30 more, in the end it was 53-48 their way. I said earlier in the thread we had the momentum heading into the last change and the first 5 mins of the last is what lost us the game unfortunately.
  3. There is no way any other team in the country withstands that first quarter from Carlton like we did.
  4. Doubt it very much, Goody in his presser when asked about players that could make a case about coming in next week T Mac was the first name he mentioned. We get a good look at him today. Also mentioned Fritta for the week after.
  5. Here they come. Some real muppets on here tonight.
  6. Blues were due for some luck and boy did they get it. All I know is teams will never feel safe against Melbourne and it was proven again tonight.
  7. T Mac, T Mac, T Mac
  8. We fell asleep the first 5 mins of the last and that was costly because we had the game on our terms towards end of the 3rd. We were 5 metres away from that call. Once he called touched they were never going to overturn it. Watching it live it wasn’t touched.
  9. @binman another move. Into $1.52 as of a few mins ago.
  10. So a Good Win hey Wadda. Ok…I’m outta here, see ya all at the footy.
  11. [censored] me to tears when some want to bag the MFC for past performances on a Non-Mfc thread.
  12. The true definition of unforced errors right there. 3 of them by the Cats
  13. Lol, they start the chant with 12 mins to go in the 3rd. This is going to be 50+
  14. I believe that is the whole top of Ponsford bin. I ran into an old friend who now works for the MCG. She was the one that told me our game was expecting 70,000 and tonight’s game was expecting 81,500.
  15. Long way to go in this game.

  17. MCG website has top of the Ponsford (Q29-Q36) open for GA Kev.
  18. @binman yesterday morning I saw we were $1.70. With a significant move we are into $1.57 currently. Do you think we will start even shorter?
  19. MCG expecting 70,000 tomorrow night, let's get loud.
  20. What is the expected crowd? Tried for an extra upgraded ticket tonight and it says all Level 1 exhausted. Level 4 seats only available.
  21. He’s been very very good in the middle. Amazing when Gus is playing well not many seem to praise him. When he makes an error or two like every other player he gets bagged constantly by the same ones. Last week’s electrifying performance, makes it two in the last four weeks.
  22. @drysdale demoni just saw a notification that you quoted me on this thread but I can’t see your post anywhere.
  23. You just made my day AF, that's friggin hilarious mate.
