Hunt was having a very good season last year until he was injured and would’ve been a lock to stay in the team. Bowey replaced Hibbo against Gold Coast for his debut, Hunt was injured the following week and Smith came in for him. Smith was hurt between qualifying final and prelim and that’s when Hibbo came back as Hunt wasn’t quite ready following the ankle injury. Happy to stand corrected, but that’s how I remember it. Hunt might be playing a deeper role this year until Salem returns and I believe he’s doing well again. I’ll be interested to see how we change it up when Salem returns.
