    Like it or not the AFL don't allow red as a "clash" colour for Melbourne (take it up with the AFL). I agree with others, the current clash is just about as good as it will get with these AFL rules.

    I don't remember the word "elite" being said too often in the press conference which was a nice change.

    It's amazing how quickly Hawthorn and Sydney players can get kicks and handpasses off. So many of our midfielders take about three weeks to kick the ball, players like Jack and Mitchell are just so quick with their hands and feet which means they can cope under immense pressure becuase they rarely get caught.

    Couldn't agree more. To add, Schwab wanted to create an image or a certain look instead of letting the club develop it's own one organically. I know a lot of people don't like the emblem but it's really not bad so let's just stick with it all and let the club focus on football for once.

    I find myself getting angry at what Schwab did, but at the end of the day that's in the past. For too long we've looked to the past, I'm enthusiastic about the future!
