Think he struggled in his first game and was dropped, which led to a couple of posters saying he was no good and would never make it. Since his return he has been great.
Too much use of the word spray on here. I'm sure what May was trying to do, was to point out to Frost what he did wrong and what he should have done, maybe a bit too animated for some but it's an emotional game. Of course the word spray has a more negative connotation and suits certain agendas.
Pretty sure the player is more intent on smothering the ball than thinking about any flicking motion, and no you won't get perfection, that doesn't mean you should stop striving for it.
Too many on here fail to acknowledge the effect of continual number of unavailable players, causing constant chopping and changing of the lineup, which in turn continually makes the side unsettled. There always seems that AFL culture of you can't blame injuries. Well I can and I am.
I'm hoping with a closer to full strength team, and a return to form of some key players we may show we can be a lot more clever than you think we are for the rest of the year.
