The Incredible Hulk - Jesse Hogan
The thing to consider is this club doesn't have a heap of credibility, i know that's harsh but we've had so many false dawns where people have thought we've been on the way up and it just hasn't happened, i know for a fact Jesse loves the club but he isn't going to sign a massive long term deal, it's our job to convince him before the end of 2017 that we're on the way up and it's not all just talk, if we can do that he'll recommit, if not i think we can probably guess what's going to happen.

The Incredible Hulk - Jesse Hogan
I work for an AFL footy club at the moment and this sort of thing is hilarious, would happen a couple of times a week i reckon, when someone starts a rumour that a bloke has done an injury or wants to leave or something and then you see them out on the track training or in the office and everyone just has a good laugh.

Another thing to remember is the investment we have made in Jesse is something he's really understanding and respecful of, we gave up picks 3 and 13 for him, flew him back to perth every time he needed to go home, Roosy has visited his family to explain the direction of the club and how much we love having Jesse, we have signed him on an extension well before his contract expired for him to make, and i'm not certain of the figures exactly but next year he's on above 500k per year for a kid who at that stage hadn't played a game. we have put total faith in this kid and Jesse wants to repay that.

my friend has told me a few times that Jesse has said he probably wouldn't go back to Perth at all if not for his family, that there is so much more to do in Melbourne, and he loves being in the home of footy, apparently a lot of his mates are over here now anyways, besides Dom sheed who is an Eagles boy, jaeger up at the Suns and David swallow is up there too

Educated guess is if we continue to improve Jesse will stay if we are still bottom 4 he will rightly consider his options. Our young core group is really close, roosy is really driving that core to achieve something special together, and by 2017 freo will be without mcpharlane, pav, Sandilands, maybe Mundy, Barlow. Get the sense Ross isn't too worried about the future so I think hogan would be leaving a finals team for a team facing a serious rebuild.

Simon Goodwin rates the toump, he will not be traded, but he really needs to nail down a spot, his game against the dogs is what I expect from him every week, he is a third year player and it's time to deliver. And personally I think he can, having watched him train up close all off season and seen some of the coaching that he's getting I certainly think his issues are 100% confidence

It deeply pains me to say this picket, but i think you were right on this one, i'm not giving up on young jimmy but my goodness does Ollie look the goods. Anyone got any idea on how to build a time machine? got back and change a few of these draft selections? haha

Both Viney and Tyson didn't have brilliant pre seasons last year so i think they will certainly be much better this year because of the more solid prep they have had, My point was more that Trengove was captain at 19, i thought his form was promising but Wines been very good consistently in a very strong midfield, i reckon he is in a better position to take a leadership title in his stride than Trengove was when he was given it

I think the difference is wines is that good, we put kids with potential in the leadership positions, wines is a genuine gun

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
Let's keep in mind even Daniel cross said this session was as hard as he's seen, this says far more about the session than the kids, I expect us to run out games far better in 2015
