  1. I listened to Craig Bellamy after the loss by Storm. Goody could take a few pointers from Bellamy. Bellamy after all his success still tells the media after a loss that he thinks the hunger was not there. Goody just fluffs about. Tell it how it is Goody!! They either want it or they donโ€™t!
  2. When was the last pink lady game did we win?

Are the MFC factions at it again? Those coteries who are famous for disunity! If anyone has solid info about Perts appointment causing internal problems, put up or shut up. The members are restless enough already.
  4. Hahaha little bump along the way! Bumped up the rear end and shafted well and truly. Wake up Goodwin, supporters now want something more than a little bump along the way. We are on the cusp of what happened last year, cannot be tolerated anymore. FIX IT!!!!!!
  5. Trade out Tyson! He has played good in patches however, has not met expectations. would also put Kent on trade table.
  6. Anyone bother listening to FM? Almost every station has moronic comedians every morning laughing at their own jokes and frankly make up childish non funny stuff. I guess many have a short attention span. If you want decent radio with trained broadcasters, tune into UK radio.
  7. Damn site better than listening to bogans on the radio! He has a few smarts which intimidates the bogans. Plenty of ex AFL players on radio that are poo!
  8. Yes we need players who will stand up in the dying minutes to inspire us to win. Where are they? Our backline still looks totally unorganised and frightful when the heat is on. Hibberd was great, but again TMac seems to poo himself and find himself out of position at crucial times. He is in the leadership group, about time he showed significant improvement in this area. Our young guys are travelling well, it's the guys who have been around for a few years who let us down in leadership. we just don't seem to have at this stage players who inspire and drag the group over the line. Actually losing Max was crucial not only for his ruck work, he is a good leader.
  9. This is a very good topic for many reasons, however the most important question needs to asked. Nathan Jones has been our Captain for a number of years, yet we are now rudderless unless Lewis is in the team to lead. Where does this leaves Jones, and the rest of the leadership group? I will tell you.....Jones has been a warrior in a sustained period of club disaster on field, and Jones in my opinion has proven to be a poor leader during periods when we needed composure to win games. If the club cannot win without Lewis's leadership - then the club is in strife. I love Jonesy as a player, but it's time others stepped up onfield to lead, otherwise we are stuffed. Lewis brings success, leadership and experience, but WTF are others doing? Jones and Viney need to step up and lead by example. Not just rely on Lewis to do it all.
  10. Like it or lump it, highly skilled AFL players in the modern era have clubs, supporters and the game itself in a squirrel grip!! I keep hearing everybody needs to bend over for the modern footballer...lets hope the Dee's and the institution that gives these guys a living gets a good break with Jesse. This club needs a good break after the last 10 years of rot.
  11. Jesse is doing the right thing with new bargaining agreement in the pipeline. He has only played 20 games, I am not panicking because we will have Roos, Jackson and Goody who will do everything in their power to sign him to the club long term. Peter Jacksons most important task before he leaves us is to sign up all our young stars on long term contracts. Otherwise all his work to date will be in vain. in PJ we trust!
  12. Yeah much nicer climate if you enjoy stinking hot summers for 8 months a year. Perth is good if you can withstand the extreme heat and cost of living. Personally I prefer Melbourne lifestyle with much more choice and cheaper eating out.
  13. If Watts and others are thinking about leaving then it is now time Jackson pulled out his aces. I will [censored] spew if Watts goes and Neeld stays. FFS MFC get your act together and sort this out pronto.
