The ticket comment was in response to his brilliant hypothesis that I would have judged Trengroves game differently if we had lost by 100 points as expected. As it happened I didn't think we would lose, let alone by 100 points, hence the TAB ticket. As for Trengrove becoming slow, let's wait and see.

Yeah, I'm with Jackaub. One day, maybe today, this group will wake up to the fact that the games there for the taking. Get in the game early, get some early touches, back and encourage each other. Treat Carlton like the arrogant scum they are instead of so much respect accorded these sides

I suppose what I'm trying to say is I've never seen any evidence of MFC being well run in my 50 years of support and don't see how anyone can defend them or claim they have the red and blue at heart.

You Go Calm Down Mate Is it just me or does there seem to be some suspect defenders of the MFC appearing on this site. it's a bit like the Government staffers who call up on radio to defend the indefenceable. Perhaps if the morons, and yes I mean morons who run the club had kept some reports on the players from the Bailey time or had enacted a professional changeover of coaches we wouldn't still be deciding if this or that player has a future with the club. Brad Green has been a very good player for MFC over a long period of time. Yes hes near the end and probably hurting the way he was treated by Neeld but I for one hope he is shown some respect by MFC and the supporters in what is obviously his final year.

Sadly, it gets back to the administration again. The Scully drama should never have been allowed to drag on like it did. A simple and reasonable time line needed to be set by MFC for him to commit for 2012 and beyond. It's not really that complicated. The same could go for the likes of Moloney now. Make him an offer soon if we wish to keep him. If he hasn't agreed by, say, Round 18 then it's no more games for him.
