I think Tynan will be a great half-back rebound defender. I think our half back flanks have heaps of depth right now and its great. If anyone ever watches Tynan's junior highlights he is a great intecepter of the ball and has the courage to hold the line well and move backwards into marking contests. Taggart on the other hand i am a bit skeptical about, aside from his injury concerns I have heard from multiple people who have seen him play live that he can be quite sloppy at times. Not in terms of ball disposal but more in terms of how he goes about getting his possessions, similar to Sylvia in a sense.

I would hate it if we took Wines at #4 and then in a few years O Rourke turns into an absolute A grade gun (Which i think he will) while Wines becomes a just another B grade hard working mid.
