I believe Taylor Adams wants to go to Geelong. the players we are after are probably all pretty comfortable at their own clubs. My mail was Shuey was considered the most likely to move. If hd is out id expect we will go to the draft with pick 2.
-
So, where to from here with pick 2?

I think we won't trade pick 2 if a deal with west coast is off. -
Might mean we are gonna pick rather than trade.
-
Seattle struggled last week so no surprises.

So true mate! Love the guy - anger personified. if anyone cares the Texans are playing on one and foxtel right now. JJ Watt - a real demon - is playing. Number 99 -
I've been told the club view him as one of their most likely prospects out of the midfielders they have been looking at. Or at least that was what I heard. Whether that translates to him wanting to come and wc being willing to trade him is a different kettle of fish. dude I heard it from has got some good stuff right but some stuff wrong as well. I heard the SEN interview. Not sure what to make of it. Time will tell.

I reckon about 4% of planned or negotiated trades actually happen. the AFL isn't as trade happy as other sports. Players generally only leave for a few reasons. money, pushed out, hate coach or want success. I have no doubt there are truthes behind some rumours but an intension to seek a trade from one of two parties doesn't equate to a successful completed trade.

I actually know a few blokes from the Upwey Tecoma Tigers who know Rory very well but I now think they were winding me up when they said he wanted to come home

In his game against Seattle recently he was like a steaming, murauding Viking. -
I invite Paul Roos to play our list a video of JJ Watt from the Houston Texans in the Nfl. Angry, angry man.
-
Cults v Seattle will be interesting. I want the demons to recruit J watt from the Texans. That guy plays like a demon!

I'll pm you.

Word today - two clubs very interested in attempting to win pick 2. west coast 'entertaining' idea of shuey trade. Doesn't guarantee it will happen but I trust the source. remember this post
-
Naysayers stuck in the pre-Roos era. I know for a fact that at least two clubs are very interested in pick 2. I know that Shuey is viewed as a definite possibility. I know that west coast now with a coach will entertain the idea. it was the same naysayers that said there was no chance we'd get Roos. We have and we have already grown in stature as a consequence. we are win win. We get a good trade we do ok. But few trades ultimately come through and then we just pick up Aish or Kelly.
-
I heard indirectly from someone in the know that we are a chance with Shuey.
-
We think we are a chance with Shuey.
-
I generally respect your opinion but I believe that Sloane - being the best and fairest at a team with a midfield including Scott Thompson and Dangerfield is right up there in pick 2 territory.
-
Heard today we haven't got a hope in the twilight zone of getting Rockliff - but we are a big chance of getting Shuey.
-
Inhope we can trade for a few talented mids and rumours I've heard suggest we are at least viewed a little better but really good drafting alone can change a clubs fortunes in one season. Freo in 08 and the hawks did very nicely in the tambling draft.
-
I think lower clubs will just start trading older players with currency before they walk as free agents.
-
All I'll say is that Dew in my eyes is ideal and far ahead of the other options suggested.
-
most hawks supporters I know rate this bloke and are annoyed he is leaving potentially. Which makes me want us to try very hard to get his siggie
-
Why would gws or gold coast want yet another pick?
-
I mean savage
