The air quality is horrible. Even the inside of the gym today was so smokey and I found it hard to breath, and I don't have any respiratory issues. Can't imagine you would want to do a high intensity 3 hour workout in these conditions. Can't be good!

I was thinking they've cut down significantly on the use of plastic in the packaging, which I applaud. No plastic sleeve or envelop, which is great as neither are necessary and are just single use plastic crap contributing to more and more landfill. Most people would have about 8 of those plastic card sleeves they can re-use anyway.
