GAMEDAY: Rd 04 vs Port Adelaide
Remember when we used to fight and shut down games and be like “oh my god we are a chance” and then the opposition would kick 5 goals in 4 minutes? Good times were had by nobody.

Umpires Putrid. Port going hard which is exactly what I expected.

GAMEDAY: Rd 04 vs Port Adelaide
I think that if we can start off well and open up a good margin, the game will be over at quarter time. Port will be flat and so will their fans. It's very important to kill the contest early.

NON-MFC: Round 4, 2022
Geelong but is Brisbane are serious they should win If Sydney don’t win by over 10 goals I’m calling it a loss West Coast are rooted. Pies by plenty. Dogs but it’s a 50/50 at the G Who knows. Two teams you never put money on Bombers finally Saints? Could go either way but MCG helps Hawks I hope GC! Time for Carlton to lose

Teams have learnt to read Gawn’s taps. But Jackson is the one who is difficult to play against because he gets his own ball.

I know a few people who had Covid and their other household members didn’t get it. However I don’t know a single family who had small snotty Covid positive children who didn’t pass it along to everyone else in the house. It’s super hard to avoid having contact with small kids who you are trying to keep alive.- Demon Non Fungible tokens
I give this thread 10 stars. How much for the NFT of this thread @Demonland?- TEAMS: Rd 04 vs Port Adelaide
I’m fairly sure it was his wife who had it. Doesn’t mean the kids didn’t get it either.- Records we can be proud of

Hopefully Brown isn’t playing because they thought it was risky to fly him out tomorrow after a week at home, and not because he now has Covid. And hopefully Smith is just a close contact and not actually suffering from Covid.- CHANGES: Rd 04 vs Port Adelaide
According to Tom Brown on channel 7 Brown is not playing.- 2022 Tickets Thread
Just upgraded our seats for Anzac Eve. Gosh what a rip off. $600 for a membership and I have to pay $43 for the pleasure of getting a decent seat.- 2022 Injury List

Weideman got coaches votes this week. No chance they’re dropping him. It’s either Tmac out for Brown or no Brown for another week.- PODCAST: Interview with Adem Yze
How concerned is he about big momentum shifts that we seem to have with our midfield where we can dominate and then get dominated within the same game and sometimes also within the same quarter?- CHANGES: Rd 04 vs Port Adelaide
I think it depends how we want to set up if we drop Hunt or Tomlinson for Lever. Port's smaller forwardline means Hunt is probably more likely to stay and Tommo misses out. Or we may choose to not drop a defender, but actually push Gus back to the wing and make JJ sub. However given the form Gus has been in down back, I think we won't take him out of there until both Lever and Petty are back and up to game speed. Thank goodness Petty is back in the VFL this week. He has been sorely missed, as has Jake. As for Ben Brown, unless he actually gets Covid, I can't see him missing out. Many players have missed a week of training and then went on to play. He is far too good to leave out if he's fit. We really missed his marking ability on the weekend, not to mention his goal kicking skills. I may not rate Port, but they are still a good team, they will have loads of pressure on them to win this week, and the home ground advantage. Can't take them too lightly.- CHANGES: Rd 04 vs Port Adelaide
We won’t know if Weideman can replace TMac until we play Weideman in his position Weideman played a traditional FF role on the weekend in replacing BB. Tmac plays a high forward role and does a power of work with his leading patterns which actually frees the forwardline up and gives BB and Fritta space to lead into. I am unconvinced that Weideman has the tank to play that very important role, however I totally agree that we need to let him try because TMac is not in good form and other than his aerobic capacity isn’t giving us much in terms of marking or goal kicking.- Who are our rivals?
Sydney - play a similar style to us, good even spread across the ground. Very talented side and superbly coached. Brisbane- talent on every line. Excellent midfield. Will challenge again. Question marks over their ability to get it done in finals and at the MCG. Carlton- I have my doubts about their defense and defensive work rate but their mids and forwards are elite GWS- can be and do anything but probably won’t Geelong - old Dogs- poor defensively The rest do not keep me awake at night.- NON-MFC: Round 3, 2022
