I meet a stupid patriots fan tonight at crown towers. I was wearing my Vikings jeresey and he came out of nowhere with his 19-0 patriots t-shirt on to tell me the Vikings suck. I politely told him the broncos with tebow could take out new England. I don't really believe that but go broncos. What a [censored].

Cobb and Nelson will both play. I don't know what other injuries they have but with a full receiving unit and a very solid running game they can score with anyone.

I think the packers take the 49ers out easily. I know San Fran had the week off but Green Bay have form and have most offensive weapons fit and firing. 49ers are allowing a lot of points lately and I don't have to explain how good Rodgers is. The only thing standing in Green bay's way is kaepernick can throw the deep pass really well and the packers will have to defend that all day.

I am starting to agree with you about Wilson being the ROTY. He was the third string QB at training camp and beat out a QB on a fair bit of coin to get the gig. Credit to Wilson and Carroll for that. Who knows what the Falcons will produce. There is some pressure on them to perform in playoffs. I'll back Seattle. I saw a bit of the early game due to my better half taking my keys to work with her. Flacco was throwing bombs nearly every play when I was watching. Denver came from a crud of a division to get that record but it's Peyton in the playoffs.

Yeah your right it was 5-17 years. Absolute pisser. The whole NFC north acting civil? We could win a Nobel peace prize if that happens. I think it's great to have as many fans as possible on here. It peaks my interest a bit more and we all know we are Melbourne fans so we can't eat our own. The only team I have a little tiny dislike for is the Patriots. Not against Brady I love his story of being drafted dead last and turning into a Hall of Famer. It's more Belichick. He gets a lot of credit for a offense that he doesn't have a huge amount of control over and his famous defense has never been that great. But they aren't Collingwood in my eyes and you have to respect a team with so many rings so it could just be envy on my behalf.

I have showed everyone I know the sport. As you say some catch on and some can't get past the helmets and pads or the stop start aspect. I enjoy the tactical side of the game more then anything. You would know following a team in such a tough division makes it very interesting in other games as well. I could see every Packers fan in their loungeroom saying Rodgers should be the MVP for the next 5-7 years. The Jets version is spot on as well. www.stufffanssay.com.

I love this bloke. For any NBA fans the Charlotte Bobcats one is bloody funny.

Vikes were very flat and were dominated on all areas but after 3 wins last year I'll take a one and out in the playoffs. I'll take the packers next week I don't think the 49ers defense which was outstanding at the start of the year can hold off Rodgers and the improved running game the packers have.

Packers played very well and looked a lot more structured against the run. Webb was a disaster. Rodgers is just so damn good and our only chance was to get good field position and pressure the QB but we couldn't get it done. I'm still happy. To watch AP all year was awesome. I think the packers look so much stronger with healthy receivers all over the field. Maybe another wildcard to superbowl appearance? It's fair to say purple pride has gone into meltdown. On one side is the " I told you Webb and Ponder are no good" and the other side is "Ponder is a [censored]".

All I can do is laugh what else can go wrong?

NFL
The best way to stop Rogers is to not give him the ball. Last week the vikes had possession of the ball. The 3 and outs are giving Rogers good field position.
-
NFL
Oh yeah I miss ponder. Webb looks lost in the pocket. Ponder complements Peterson with his short throws.
-
NFL
Vikes defense are playing too deep and Rogers is doing what he needs to do. Nothing fancy about screen passes but it's getting the job done
-
NFL
Bloody hell Webb. Throwing the ball straight up when being tackled will give me a heart attack.
-
NFL
Webb can run too. His highlights are full of running TD's let's see if he can throw

NFL
Certainly don't want any fail Mary calls. Good luck macca if only vikes and packers fans could be this civil. No alcohol will be served from the 3rd quarter onwards. They may be worried about a riot.I think the vikes are establishing the run a little.
-
NFL
Just not convinced with Houston. They play a bit like the vikes. They have a good running game and defense but these playoffs will get a lot tougher and schaub will have to step up
-
NFL
Ponder out! Joe Webb in. Webb can run the ball as good as RG3. His throws are as good as a Rex Ryan tattoo though. This will be interesting.

NFL
I'm happy with the vikes season either way but I would love ponder to show last weeks form so his confidence grows. I've got my whole day planned around football my poor wife doesn't get a break from me watching football all year round. My Peterson guernsey finally came in the mail yesterday it's either a good sign or I have jinxed him.

Seriously that tattoo has to be fake. If it's real he needs some mental health expert to put him in a padded room asap.

Vick and Reid as chiefs isn't a bad setup compared to what the chiefs have had. Vick can count himself lucky there are no Rg3's or Luck's in the draft this year. By the way who is there in the draft as a QB this year? Geno Smith? I think is one. I don't watch much college games does anyone know who and at what picks the QB class of 2013 will be?
-
NFL
So my inside source in regards to NFL (ESPN) says that Andy Reid is close to signing with the chiefs. It's a good get for KC if it happens but I don't know if Reid can make cassle an effective QB. You would think Smith or Vick would be a target for the chiefs because Reid prefers a throwing game to a running one. Even though Charles is a gun RB.

NFL
Agree about the rookies. They have Turned their teams around in such a big way. The expectations on rookies will be even greater next year. Who doesn't love ray Lewis? I wish he could play forever.

Bit rough on Lovie smith. I know the last couple of years haven't been great. But If Minnesota lost they were in the playoffs. After a 7 and 1 start they shouldn't have put themselves in that position but if the vikes did lose he would still have his job. Brian Billick started coaching the same time as Andy Reid in 1999. He said on Fox that there have been 104 head coaching changes since 99. Bloody hell they don't muck around.
