It might not work but it would be bloody fun to watch. The whole Manziel saga is interesting. Some have him at pick 1 and Skip Bayless has said if the Texans don't take him they are doomed. But then Ron Jaworski who is someone I enjoy hearing from says he is a 2nd or 3rd round pick. Time will tell but the Vikes need a QB. I say go for Manziel since Butt fumble signed with the eagles.

I don't rate the Eagles midfield that well. I do rate everything else they have though they don't seem to have many holes in their list. Eagles look set to smash us today but I'm hoping for a contest.

I can't understand the angst against one of our own because of the dollars he is getting paid. If it were our lowest paid player would anyone care that they have taken leave due to events out of their control?

For what it's worth I'd want Mitch to stay and It feels wrong to speculate but is Patton out of contract at years end? Or would another mid be available?

Sydney looked pretty ordinary as well. Mumford is a big loss for them and he is exactly what GWS needed.

Even though he has played bugger all games I remember his games more then anyone's over the last two years. His six goals at West Coast, Nearly killing himself in marking contests against the doggies, his game down at Geelong and giving GWS a flogging before going down. Robbo has been cheerleading for the bombers but after naming the 12 essendon players in the HUN Robbo was given a bit of a whack. He did bite back saying he couldn't understand why some are angry at Journo's,ASADA and the AFL but the people who injected essendon players with whatever they took are not being scowled at. Robbo might have seen the light.

Did anyone see 360 last night? Bomber Thompson doesn't sit next to Robbo anymore. The bombers asked if Thompson could be moved away from Robbo. This is getting silly now.

Agree. Blease plays pretty and it is exciting to see plus his potential can look limitless at times. Evans isn't so pretty but he finds the footy much more and has good disposal.

Evans was a huge positive from a crap season. If he stays fit he has a huge upside. Blease is interesting. Roos is giving him every chance to show his stuff. I think he is far off from finding any consistency though.

I am very happy to have Roos on the show. I record nearly all the monday night shows and would only hear a whisper about Melbourne when some sort of disaster was happening. Now to have Roos on maybe a bloke like Nathan Jones gets a little exposure and the respect he deserves from the football world.

Spot on old Dee. I couldn't find anything at the Melbourne website. It's damn hard to find the NT tourism logo on MFC.com. Obviously I want to start planning and booking soon and I thought the MFC would have something on the cards but everyone on here has been a massive help. I plan on going for 5 days. I'm looking forward to it.

Hey all. Just having a few beers and me and a couple of mates thought about doing the July 5th Darwin game in TIO against Fremantle. Has anyone done the trip from Melbourne to Darwin to watch the boys play before? Just some simple questions if you don't mind. Where to stay? Is TIO near Darwin? How many days is enough to see enough of Darwin? Being a member do I need to book a ticket for the game? Any other advice would be awesome. Thanks all.
