I’m surprised that Pert lasted as long as he did at collywobbles given he was working with Eddie spaghetti. Well that makes it all better then doesn’t it!!! Thats one of the things that annoys me. It not rocket science putting together a membership pack but the way it gets done sometimes u would think u would need a PhD to do it.

We did improve last season but that last round would have taken a lot of gloss of the season. This maybe a contributing factor to the membership numbers. I know it taking me a long time to get over it and I’m still in the process of it.

Let just hope that Lever continues his good form next season and is not a one season wonder. If his form does drop off this place will implode considering what we have paid in $ and draft pics.

Cards I know Lever makes us better and hopefully will help in pushing for finals next season ( although the way it finished this yr I’m not holding my breath) but I am concerned we have overpaid and given the cows what they wanted. Time will tell.

Sen trade talk just said clubs are making a point of not trading their first pic for next yrs draft but melb have. Time will tell if this is the right decision but I have concerns we have paid overs
